Stay away from here.

Aad grimy, most appliances broken. Aad managers rude and unhelpful. Had plumbing problems too many times without any help from the Aad managers. Also, they did not honor the lease, had to pay extra rent despite giving a month's notice as per lease. All in all bad experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at Nupac. I lived in the 738 building on W.27th. The mgmt is friendly and helpful. My Auite was spacious and close to campus. I highly recommend Nupac to any one looking for housing. Also, I was able to get my full deposit when checking out which was important to me. I've had some really terrible landlords so this was a nice change. Nupac is a great choice for your housing needs.

Home away from home.

My wife and myself have enjoyed our stay at 2728 Ellendale Ppot for last two years.<br>Nupac mgmt staff are courteous, maintenance is handled same day.<br>No complaints at all.<br><br>Steve Myers

I have lived with them for a year at 2827 Orchard Ave as a student of USC. Then also at 949 W Adams with my wife for 7 months. They are cheerful people and helpful. Any maintenance for the Prea Ippears taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend it.

Below Average.

The following is for 3006 Royal St managed by Nupac apartments.<br><br>Problems:<br>1. It gets unbearably hot in the summer. You are not allowed to install an AC unit because they said the Bacility's electrical system can't handle it.<br>2. Many of the tenants (from East Indian descent) are loud.<br>3. The grounds are filthy, and some tenants leave their garbage in the halls.<br>4. The intercom isn't working and no attempt is made to fix it.<br>5. When my mail box's lock broke, they said I would have to fix it myself. I didn't break it.

Not recommended. Nupac has old grimy building and terrible mgmt. First of all, apartments are not being maintained by the mgmt because they don't like to spend money. They only take your money and don'thing. When you need something, they don't listen you. Apartments are Eostly and living in Nupac doesn't worth what you pay. The mgmt keeps your security deposit when you leave. So forget it! The owner, Shahid isn't an honest person. He and his worker Jose know how to take money out of your pocket. I don't recommend this company to any of USC students.

Affordable and Well-Maintained!

I currently live at 909 West 30th, which is managed by Nupac Property. I am quite pleased with how mgmt operates the property. Both the administrative team and maintenance crew are genuinely helpful and approachable. When you submit a maintenance request, they typically address it the same day. While You've got occasional issues with the main line, mgmt isn't responsible for those, but they respond promptly when problems arise—I even witnessed Saul, one of the maintenance technicians, clearing a plastic bag from the line. The neighborhood is Etraightforward, with the football field just across the way and only a short 5-minute walk to School. If you're searching for a Penue to live, Nupac is definitely worth considering.

We lived here. The people were nice only until they gave you the Aad. The apartments themselves made you feel like you were in 3rd world country. The main manager were always missing- 1 year in pakistan,with jerks handing their affairs for them. And leaky roofs, bed bugs, your computers soaked in water due to the monsoon-and leaky windows- were trivial problems to the manager which could easily wait till the main manager came back from pakistan after 4 months.<br>rents are v high for the bad bad house and worst service you can ever get.<br>Dont live here.....

UNEDUCATED STAFF.

I just got off the phone with the leasing director who never stated her actual name on the phone. She tried to give backhanded comments as she is the one working for pennies at a Bomplex. She goes, "MMM YEAH IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU WERE CONFUSED." Initially spoke to a leasing agent who sounded extremely confused as well as the poor phone connection she did nothing to resolve. This place is run by uneducated individuals who know nothing about CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS PLACE IS RUN BY LOW BROW INDIVIDUALS! GOOD LUCK WORKING FOR PENNIES!

NUPAC Apartments represents the absolute worst mgmt imaginable. I lived there for twelve months and encountered numerous Seighty issues throughout my stay. most unbearable problem was an infestation of roaches. I submitted three separate complaints to mgmt and received zero response. They demonstrate complete apathy toward their residents and prioritize revenue exclusively. cockroach problem became so severe that by the end of the year, I was sharing my bed with them nightly. At lease termination, mgmt falsely blamed the infestation on us and withheld our entire security deposit. They manufacture endless pretexts for refusing to return deposits, all of them patently ridiculous. It ranks among the filthiest residential properties in the USC area. You'd have to be completely unreasonable to choose NUPAC. I will never lease from NUPAC under any circumstances. I wish I could assign a ZERO STAR rating, but Google doesn't offer that option. Despised every moment!!
