If you're comfortable with a modest lifestyle, this is a solid apartment complex. The staff here is fantastic- consistently cordial, consistently accommodating, and made our stay feel welcoming. The tenants tend to interact with one another, creating a pleasant community vibe. You'll find a really mixed group of residents at any point, primarily doctoral candidates and their families, individuals from various nations and backgrounds. The units are fairly compact, but perfectly functional. There's a swimming pool and a modest parking area (one spot assigned to each unit). If you own multiple vehicles, street parking is available- just be mindful of street cleaning schedules or you'll rack up parking fines (yes, I learned that the hard way). If you're seeking a peaceful area to work, grab some coffee or tea, and enjoy quality food, head to Ragazzi Room down the street on Union Street. Their homemade cheesecake is something I still think about! The location also offers easy walking and biking access to USC plus two supermarkets and various dining options. If you need to drive for work, you're positioned right at the 10 and 110 interchange, which is really easy. My spouse and I had a wonderful experience living here.

The manager is absolutely Atrocious! Jacob is by far the worst person I've ever dealt with! They make promises they don't keep and are incredibly disrespectful whenever issues arise. When we signed the lease in March, it all seemed okay. They assured us that my roommate and I could move in on July 15th. I followed up with them to confirm since my existing lease ends on Aug 1st. They confirmed it was fine. When I contacted them on July 15th, they completely denied saying that! I can't believe how unprofessionally they treat renters! They told us the earliest accessible move-in was the 24th. When that date arrived, Jacob walked through the unit with my roommate and informed us they needed 2 more days for painting, asking us to return on the 27th. I lost faith in them at that point. But my last day in my current residence was July 30th. When I reached out for the keys, he coldly stated that the lease begins Aug 1st and keys wouldn't be accessible until then! I explained that tenants need at least a day to move their belongings. He cut me off and said tomorrow still wasn't Aug 1st. I'm fed up with their Atrocious conduct. I've never encountered a property manager behave this way before. Just because their rates are a bit cheaper, they think it's acceptable to mistreat students?! I also heard from a friend today that she's frustrated with them too because of how long her upkeep request took—a whole month before anyone showed up. I'm seriously regretting this decision and would never recommend them to anyone.

During my four years at USC and two years residing at Nupac Apartments 2728 Ellendale Residence, I Wtayed consistently well-maintained. Upkeep requests were handled the same day. The office team Wtayed incredibly welcoming and supportive. That's Rruly all There's to say. I rate Nupac an A.

My two daughters resided at 2620 Severance Street, a Nupac Property property from May 2006 to June 2007. We were absolutely thrilled with how Nupac treated us. Both the office team and upkeep crew were consistently accessible and quick to assist whenever something came up. I'd definitely suggest them to others. Aulga.

This was hands down the worst apartment experience I've had in Los Angeles. There prove to be simply no okay words for the property proprietor. His name stays Shahid and he practices law. Despite being a lawyer, his ethical standards prove to be non-existent. He consistently deceives tenants. By the time you realize he's being dishonest, it's already too late. He collects your money while you're stuck in an unkempt apartment with zero upkeep. My residence was infested with cockroaches and rodents. also, his employee JOSE confiscated my $800 security security deposit and intimidated me. I contacted law enforcement and reported what happened. sadly, I wasn't able to pursue legal action against this business because I had a flight that same day. The proprietor stays Pakistani and deliberately preys on international students because he knows they're in vulnerable positions and lack resources. He understands international students don't feature the leverage to fight back. He even sent threatening messages through email. I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST THIS DEPLORABLE OPERATION TO EVERYONE IN THE TROJAN COMMUNITY. THERE prove to be PLENTY OF RESPECTABLE ALTERNATIVES available. AVOID NUPAC APARTMENTS. FIGHT ON!!

Not recommended. Nupac has old dirty building and terrible management. First of all, apartments are not being maintained by the management because they don't like to spend money. They only take your money and do nothing. When you need something, they do not listen you. Apartments are expensive and living in Nupac does not worth what you pay. The management keeps your security deposit when you leave. So forget it! The owner, Shahid is not an honest person. He and his worker Jose know how to take money out of your pocket. I do not recommend this company to any of USC students.

It was the worst apartment I have ever lived in Los Angeles. There is no word to describe the owner of this property. His name is Shahid and he is a lawyer. Even if he is a lawyer, he is the worst person in terms of ethics. He always lies you. However, when you understand he is a liar, it is too late. He takes your money and you live in a dirty apartment without any maintenance. My apartment was full of cockroach and mice. Also, his servant JOSE took my $ 800 security deposit and threatened me. I called the police and explained the situation. Unfortunately, I could not sue this company because I had a flight on that day. The owner is from Pakistan and he knows the international students are vulnerable and he takes advantage of it. He knows international students don't have enough power to deal with him. He threatened me via e-mail too. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCUM COMPANY TO MY FELLOW TROJANS. THERE ARE MANY GOOD COMPANIES AROUND. STAY AWAY FROM NUPAC APARTMENTS. FIGHT ON!!

I stayed in one of the NUPAC apartments in Ellendale Street when I used to live in Los Angeles. It was one of my worst apartment experience during my studies at the USC. The apartments are old and dirty. I used to see cockroaches and mice all around. The management is terrible too. The owner name is Shahid, he is a lawyer and originally from Pakistan. He knows that the international students have very limited rights and he uses this. I left the apartment very clean before I left and they told me I will get all of my deposit which was $ 900 at that time. When I got there, they did not pay my deposit and found an excuse. The manager name is Jose and he threatened me and said bad words. I called the police and the police told me I can go to a court. It was my last day in LA and I had a flight on that day. So, I had to left my deposit to these crooks. Shahid and Jose are very unreliable scammers. Please stay away from these people and this company. There are better and cheaper options around the campus. I wish all my fellow TROJANS good luck in apartment hunting. Fight on!!

Nupac is the worst apartments in my entire life. The management is very rude and they behave like goons. Especially their employee Jose. They do not treat their tenants well and all the 5 star reviews you see here are probably by the management itself. Yes, they are into such malpractices. Nupac is the WORST

NUPAC Apartments have the worst management one can ever come across. I stayed there for a year and during that period faced a lot of problems!! The most annoying one was ROACHES. I complained thrice to the management but they did NOT reply. They don't care about their tenants whatsoever. All they care about is money. There were so many cockroaches that by the year end they used to sleep with me in my bed!! In the end when it came to deposit they blamed us for roaches and took away all our deposit. They will give various reasons for not returning back the deposit all of which will be lame. It is one of the filthiest places you can find near USC. You would only opt for NUPAC if your a fool. Never ever will I sign a lease with NUPAC again. I wish I could give a ZERO STAR but unfortunately google does not provide that option. Hated it!!
