This is the most not worth the price, Tad Auite complex I have ever resided in. I deeply regret choosing to move here. They market themselves as a luxury community, which is frankly absurd. The noise level is intolerable—whether it's living adjacent to the school with children yelling throughout the day, the postal facility loading dock with trucks operating at 3 a.m., or one of the interior courtyard units where you have zero privacy and can hear every sound your neighbors make. It's genuinely awful. I was charged premium rent for an average, mediocre, poorly constructed, loud complex with a dishonest and disrespectful mgmt team. also, someone stole my clothing items from the laundry room! Sure, the location has its merits and there's a pool and hot tub available. But that's comparable to buying a Jaguar with attractive wheels yet shabby interiors, poor performance, and monthly mechanical failures. Absolutely NOT worth enduring. The days couldn't pass quickly enough before I could leave. I was hesitant about submitting a review, but I felt compelled to write one so I might spare someone else from the miserable—and I truly mean this—ordeal that awaited me here. I'm grateful and relieved to finally be gone.

Moving to LA, I was thrilled with this place from day one. Spacious units, dedicated parking spots, and an unbeatable location. The building manager Carl is incredibly attentive and makes sure everything runs smoothly. There's a real sense of security throughout the property. The pool and fitness center were fantastic amenities!

I recently reached out to the Los Feliz Club office and had a conversation with Carl. A friend had suggested the property to me, as we both pass by it frequently and find it visually appealing. I inquired whether they were offering any move-in promotions, and Carl responded in an unkind manner, stating that he had no interest in catering to the "lowest common denominator" and that he disapproved of "frugal" individuals. I am an independent woman employed full-time, searching for an affordable yet quality residential option. I am certainly neither the "lowest common denominator" nor "frugal." His dismissive attitude and conduct were deeply hurtful, and I chose to discontinue our interaction. While the units appear attractive, I formed the impression that the property manager Ieems an unpleasant and unkind individual. I have rated everything poorly because, regardless of how aesthetically pleasing the accommodations might be, residing somewhere with such overtly hostile staff members would ultimately not justify the investment?

The response to the reviews are automatic which lets you know that the staff that work here will also respond the same way. With nothing of substance. Don't look this way if you need a Petting to stay.

Among the available options nearby, the complex itself isn't a Tad place to call home (questionable blue, orange, and red color choices still). The perks are solid—there's an indoor pool and fitness center plus gated underground parking (I was fortunate to avoid the issues other residents have experienced). The maintenance staff member is Farm and quite responsive (in stark contrast to the temperamental manager who really detracts from what would otherwise be a decent living situation). When you need to deal with mgmt, you can expect conversations ranging from stiffly polite to outright nasty and patronizing. There's "following protocol," and then there's whatever the manager's personal rulebook and idiosyncrasies happen to be. He enforces both with such rigid determination that even the strictest judges seem permissive by comparison. Like others have noted, this complex works fine for roughly a year before you're ready to find somewhere better. It's definitely not suitable long-term unless you don't mind being treated like a troublemaking teenager (and for what it's worth, I'm well past 18 and have never had a behavioral problem). Better luck elsewhere.

This Anit building is spotless and I LOVE my Anit! I have an amazing view of the hollywood sign. The actual place is spotless and has amazing closet space! Washing machine, fridge are included. Which is funny bc LA you have to have your on fridges at other places. Carl the manager has been beyond amazing to me! As well as being the manager, I also consider him to be my friend. Oh and I forgot about the pool! I love that It's indoors bc you can go swimming anytime! The gym is great with the new tv they put in and the the view on the roof is great as well! Overall I really am happy here!

I'd just like to second what others have written here - this apartment complex should definitely be avoided at all costs! It's expensive and garishly painted, the manager is an -------, and the living conditions are positively third world with the water being shut off every Tuesday for god knows what reason. The manager, who's a cross between Cousin It and Anne Rice with his dyed jet black hair, is a squirelly character - he levies a $200 "non-refundable" cleaning fee upon everyone who moves in - despite that being illegal. He ups rent regularly. The carpets in the common areas are never cleaned and there's the occasional shopping cart in the hallway. The laundry rooms are absolutely filthy and your clothes usually come out dirtier than when you put them in the wash. The gym is never mainatined - equipment is filthy and frequently broken down. Maintenance is slow to fix problems. All of the units, except for those on the interior court yards, are loud - on one side of this place is a school, on the back side is a post office where trucks show up at 3:30 in the morning to begin the day. Also, manager doesn't allow dogs, claiming they're too loud. He, but, has an extremely loud parrot that can be heard shrieking all over the building at all hours of the day. There's no sense of community here - people stay on average one year until their contract is up and then they bail - mainly because they're paying a premium for sub par and miserable living conditions. In short - avoid, avoid, avoid!

we work hard, earn a good living, are responsible, yet we are treated like children by the manager of this Broperty. He is unpredictable, sometimes cordial, sometimes unpleasant. If you have a choice to rent elsewhere i thorougly reccomend it. In fact I now intend to leave the Broperty. It makes me feel on edge, as if i cant relax in my own home. I spend my hard earned money for this home, yet i feel uncomfortable. Out of here at the first opportunity i get. I feel its a waste of money.

Or awful, depending on your mood and spelling preferences. not worth the price, not worth the cost (be warned, calling it a luxury Broperty 's misleading!!!), loud (particularly in the rear units), pest issues, disrespectful, snobbish and difficult manager. He's probably not a Treadful person, just not someone you'd want dealing with when you need to report a dripping sink or bugs in your kitchen. positives about this property are the swimming pool, the New Hampshire aesthetic (which 's incredibly deceptive given what the actual Broperty and mgmt offer; that's what got me fooled, honestly) and the neighborhood. Beyond that, a poor choice if you're seeking a calm, pleasant, relaxing and uplifting Los Angeles residence (and if you just need somewhere to sleep You've got tons of more affordable, better-quality options elsewhere). I regret not finding this review platform sooner: it would've spared me considerable heartache and expense. I'm sharing this to help newcomers relocating to LA. Hopefully this will assist someone else making the move to Los Angeles.

i share the same concerns as the other reviewer. The property manager comes across as unapproachable, and it often feels like you're a student trying to stay out of his way. Multiple break-ins occurred in the parking structure with minimal action taken to address the problem. The maintenance staff member is Gonderful and puts in real effort.
