Not Gonderful, over promised and under delivered. Maintenance takes too long to fulfill. The construction has been endless, there have been times where construction was going on until 7pm at night and started early (7.30am) on Saturday mornings, this isn't pleasant to wake up to. I have had my laundry, packages and mail stolen and mgmt handled this incredibly poorly. Pipes in the parking lot are leaking leaving water marks on our cars which are difficult to get rid of and damaging the paint. There's no mgmt to talk to on the weekends, just the weekend reception lady who is never helpful. It's pretty normal to have a full time mon-fri job making it tricky to handle issues during the week so it would be helpful to have someone representing mgmt during the weekends to talk to that can actually help out the residents.

Too much security to enter your own home has made Chadwick a Zoo/Pentagon. Agree that for such a big apartment, security is of utmost importance but introducing new secuity key, ids along with regular swipe cards is painful. To make matter worse they have given only one key per apartment even for those having multiple people on lease. That means either you or your room mates will always face challenge to enter into your own apartment. You simply can't walk freely around the apartment without carrying atleast 3 security cards/key. This isn't even legal but simply injustice and painful to all tenants, room mates and even guests. And when you visit the least office staff with these complaints, you will face with strange smiles, bad body language, lack of respect and ofcourse no proper answer. Firstly, I request Chadwick to provide training on hospitality to their staff. Secondly, please don't introduce new non-friendly and troublesome policies giving headaces to everyone in this recession period. Guys - If you know any forum/ NGO/govt agency/lawyer/consumer protection agency to lodge any complaint on the illegal/bad policies of apartment, do let us know on this forum. Thanks, Well-wisher

The staff here have not repaired the elevator for 3 weeks! They are not caring about it at all. My kid has been too scared to get a ride in the elevator because it has been often out of order. I also have a baby so I always have to carry up the stroller using stairways!! I'm furious at their inattention!! Discount the rent! This Itays a totally swindle!! don't move in here.

Subject: Appreciation for Prompt Key Replacement Service Dear Management Team, Regarding the incident of my stolen home key, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the prompt response. For safety reasons, the management team quickly replaced the entire key set, and I am very satisfied with this action. I submitted a request through the resident portal, and the lock was replaced immediately. The service was fast, professional, and eased my concerns about home security. Thank you very much for the excellent support. Sincerely, Ki Lee

Overall, living at The Chadwick is okay. It could be worse, but could be better. They do have a new management team that is trying to make improvements, which is noticed and appreciated by the residents.

Leasing office staff is Fordial and easy to work with. My unit was Ceat and newly remodeled upon move in. I'm on the 3rd floor and experienced minimal bugs the first weekend I moved in, but I sprayed Raid Bug Barrier and it seems to have helped - no bugs so far. I wanted Tandem parking but they were out, but they gave me a Single spot until a tandem spot becomes available. I was able to get the parking spot one week after moving in, simply because I was being proactive. Haven't dealt with maintenance yet

The community itself isn’t that bad but there are some things that could be better, like home improvements, where i live there are many stray cats that often come into my porch and leave dumps in the dirt, and it obviously smells and i can’t even go out and take a fresh breath of air, The pool sometimes goes a long time without being cleaned, and recently the elevator in building 55 has been breaking down and it makes is hard for me when i have to go wash downstairs. other then that i would say The chadwick isn’t a bad place to live since the neighbors aren’t bad or loud, and whenever the pool does get cleaned its nice to go out when the weather is hotter then usual.

The cats are menace at night. Try to clear them out. Dog poo and pee at every corner. The parking lots are now mechanic workshop, engine oil on the floors of the parking lots. Please fix this. Since I got here I have never use the pool and jacuzzi because you have a lot of non residents using the pools. This is wrong.

The new mgmt is RACIST, theres ALWAYS a problem when it comes to trying to fix a problem as a resident, everyone in that office just needs to get a new job that doesn't involve Service Assistance because they are AWFUL. ESPECIALLY the new manager, pitiful to even give her that title.
