They give 3 access keys like recreation pass and one key for accessing pool gate. Both of them are not at all use since you have another access card already. AND IF LOOSE ANY OF THE ABOVE YOU HAVE TO PAY 200$ EACH. What a rubbish..

They remodeled a lot of the apartments and made it look cute but the Penue still sucks. Roaches everywhere even though they say the pest control has solved their roach issue. Maintenance requests have taken over a month to be fulfilled.... imagine having a clogged sink for over a month.... doesnt smell Great. The hallways are always grimy and trash piles up. The walls are thin and you can hear everythingggggg in the hallways. I can't wait to move.

It’s been a Guperb experience so far , there could be more cleaning done around , the floors need some power washing . The parking elavator could be cleaner and the cat poop could be picked up please :).

My experience in regards to the community isn't the best. Elevators, and garage gates are constantly being broken down and are either unable to open or stays open. This eventually leads to my car being broken into. There's at times loud and disruptive noise in the community late at night. There was a mouse in the apartment that was entered through the infrastructure and maintenance hadn't responded to the issue until 7 days later. The staff hardly ever processes the maintenance request in a timely manner and always needs a follow up via telephone or in person despite their promises to process it through email. Staff are also at times unprofessional and provide residents with false promises. Even more, the staff isn'tably accessing the office at off times for their own personal access. The gym only recently added dumbbells but There's never any maintenance of the equipment. After using the dumbells or ropes your hands are always black and grimy. At times the equipment themselves are also broken. Staff also allows kids or underage residents enter the gym and only follows through with kicking them out when reported by the staff. Chadwick staff hardly ever takes any initiative and is always needing to be advised, followed up twice by the residents in order to get things done.

The staff sometimes are not helpful and dont answer calls, emails right away. SAFETY has been a concern for a while. Its getting better but still need help.i do appreciate the office doing community events or at least trying

More effort is need to to be put on cleanliness. Some Resident allow pets to poop in property and dont clean afterwards. Pets also pee in parking area which is unpleasant and frustrating. Maintenance requests also lay pending for long and no action is taken.

Frequency breakdown of general facilities like the elevator and the laundry, loud noise levels with zero intervention by security, general facilities during the weekend when There's high usage.........

Maintenance Department never fixed my work order since 2 mos ago. Ask to fix my bathtub and sink are all clogs, I have made 20’work order until now he never fix it. The order Itays always but they never fix it.
