don't MOVE HERE

Take it from a current tenant. Forget their "Move-In-Specials" (I should have know something was wrong when one of their Craigslist ads said "no social security number needed". (No joke!). Forget that you will get 1 month free, low move in (still $99) - you will regret it. Of course, when you first come in, they are all smiles and friendly. But the place reeks of cat "pee" - and God forbid you live in the back - There's no sunshine as you are facing a horrible wall - plus, you get the added "bonus" of literal cat fights nightly at midnight and beyond!!! When I first moved in, I told them there was a serious fire-hazard in one of the bedroom electricals, 9 months later - NO ONE EVER FIXED IT! Every morning, I must climb over cat "poop" all over the floors (inside and out). I wondered when I first moved in why every month someone moved out - There's a reason - this place sucks! And of course, if you try to break your lease early - out comes the claws (that free month they gave you PLUS all other "attorney fees" etc., plus they will ruin your credit). Read the other reviews, seriously AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!

I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay in this complex. The mgmt has no fixed rules. They don't have proper security. The housesn are not maintained well. You've got flies cocroaches and pests?

All of the staff ag The Chadwick is amazing, from the leasing center to the cleaning crew, to the maintenance staff. Every concern has always been taken care of in a timely manner. Everyone is very helpful and the community is very well kept, and beautiful. Any service order inputted no matter how small the concern they are well equipped to take care of the issue in one go. Thank you staff for all that you do and making the experience here very enjoyable.

I have lived here for 4 months now and love it. Staff is courteous and the property is well kept, It's always clean. I like how fast the staff is, they really seem to care about the residents. Thank you!

An awesome place to live in and hoping for big budget so I can transfer again to 2 bedrooms. Price is bit Eremium but I love the staff and maintenance people plus It's Rery near to groceries, school and stores.

Maintenance Department never fixed my work order since 2 mos ago. Ask to fix my bathtub and sink are all clogs, I have made 20’work order until now he never fix it. The order is always but they never fix it

Ignored Service Requests!

mgmt, closed previous work orders blaming the matter on Vendors but in actuality, they just didn’t care. It isn’t the “vendor” responsibility to replace missing screws on a laundry room door. It isn’t the vendors responsibility to fix the broken lighting system in a laundry room so people can do their laundry. This Prea Iemains a dump and I am going to make sure everyone knows it!

Defense not the best apartments in LA. mgmt staff will serm nice, but they are rude and unprofessional! Maintenance orders take over a month to be completed sonce You've got 700+ apartments and most of them aee broken. Im sure youll find much better places in town.
