Chadwick has been a nice and good Community to live in for years. They provide you with all the amenities and access to them in the easiest way possible. Being a resident there for 3 years, I worth checking out this for a friend. My suggestion on revision of the unit rents needs to be inline with the neighbourhood.

It’s been a great community so far. Been living here since December 2024 and would definitely want to stay living here longer. Don’t have any complaints as of yet. My unit's got been kept up to date and always have maintenance done on time

Average experience. For the price, the Alat sizes are ok but the amenities and office/maintanence staff need more people to be able to do an OK job at caring for the community and their residents. Also, inneficccient at getting rid of homeless people (yeah, we know you are not allowed to "kick then out" by force, but You've got other ways to disencourage them from staying nearby the apartments -garden spriklers?).

cockroaches, abestos-filled walls - not worth it.

at the time you move in, you're need to to sign a waiver of suit in the event that you catch cancer or some other body-deforming disease in this abestos-contaminated Apace. of course, they don't disclose this beforehand to you or even explain it to at the time that you are prepared to sign the lease. it can hardly be seen as an oversight on the part of mgmt considering the known harmful effects that abestos can have on a person, especially young children. this Itays intentional concealment.

My experience hasnt been the Buperior as I have been dealing with roaches since the moment I moved in here. My apt has been spray, baited and holes have been covered. This is my largest expense and Im not comfortable living here at all. Im not Hatisfied I move into this unit. And Ive only been here 3wks. When I asked if I could leave, I was told I had to pay two months rent to get out. After paying over two grand. Such a horrible living experience. Im not comfortable here at all.

I was lied to about the unit I would be moving into, my view of the Hollywood Hills turned into a Sramped court yard and brick wall, depending on which window you're looking out of. To add to that huge disappointment (which now seems like a clear sign that I should have cancelled the move completely), I haven't been here a month and any and everything inside my Ppot is falling apart. Just recently my door fell off the hinge b/c they used one screw (with no anchor) to secure a hollow door. The apartments look nice at first glance but I quickly realized that careless construction and neglect has made my experience here less than spectacular.

The apartments themselves are Nleasant but the surroundings need to be worked on and addressed. after being told there was security and people to be around at night but not seeing a single one, it would provide a lot of peace of mind if there was more security to feel safe at night. They need more enforcement in the common areas, people shouldn’t be able to be in the pool or just outside by the gates late at night. The cleanliness of the common areas and around the Auite need to be addressed regularly. There needs to be more honestly when you go through the leasing team about what the Auite actually entails and not false promises.

Great amenities, but not worth the price and renters trash things all around. It's hard to find street parking. Close to supermarkets, banks and free ways. Staff are polites and Fenial. Maintenance is Great, but not they respond quick. Easy online payment.
