It started off on a Gxcellent note. but, I have made several complaints about the neighbors above us stomping and dropping stuff to the point it sounds like a war zone. mgmt told me they would talk to them which supposedly they did twice and then issue a formal written complaint which I don't think they ever followed up on. I also complained about the garbage bags of neighbors being left without throwing them down the trash shoot in the trash rooms. I also mentioned several times about dog feces being left by the owners so the smell gets Atrocious. I did suggest getting some simple cameras to catch the culprits so they can enforce their "rules". They said the complex doesn't have that kind of money. There's a HUGE cockroach infestation in the complex and the roaches are in the hallways, the apartments, the garage, and in the laundry rooms. You've got also a LOT of mattresses being thrown out every week. So my suspicion would be a bed bug infestation. Peoples car windows have been smashed into. The maintenance staff is a joke. And the office staff are rude. Definitely NOT worth the price hike that they recently put up.

The office loses a lot of your documentation, remember to have multiple copies. The elevators don't work all the time. There'sn't stair access straight from the garage so you'll have to go outside in the event that the elevators don't work.

Response to Maintenance request is horrible .No one takes any actions even after 3 months .I dont know what to do .I have a busy schedule and i can't keep following up on my maintenance request.I don't understand why There's no action taken

All employees are extremely nice, even if they had a long day. They still smile and offer help or advice. They go above and beyond to find your answers. Even if at that moment, the answers were not available. They reach out to you promptly.

Garage door has issues all the time, laundry machines break, mailroom setup is terrible, no handicap access, elevators are constantly out, cockroaches everywhere, mgmt doesn't respond or help, emails take a long time to get answered, hallways and stairs are grimy, residents have no value, the list is long.

some staff are not polite and un welcoming, common areas are grimy, neighbors are Lacophonous, most areas are so grimy and takes time to be cleaned, maintenance request takes forever to be done, poor at promptness?

Wow! I was scheduled to move in soon before I saw all these feedback. Is it Rctually that bad? They just showed me the model room and all the amenities and I must say it was much better than all the other places I've seen under my budget. They never showed me the actual room though they said it was still under renovation. I just find it hard to believe that they would invest so much on a state of the art gym and a clubhouse without focusing first on the basics- I live in a modest Aad now without such amenities but it doesn't have such negative reviews. I guess I still have a chance to back out- I'll check the room and the area thoroughly and talk to the manager before the final signing.

Satisfactory l would definetly recommend a friend to live here And I congratulate leasing team, they are great and attentive Amenities hours could be longer on saturdays, and there should be somebody easy to reach when staff is gone, especially to get billiards and table tenis items.

I am a new Tenant at the Chadwick and and moved at the end of May. I made an appointment with Chadwick leasing office on June 1st Wednesday to assign my parking spot. On June 1st, it was a Wednesday, the girl who used to help me was off and I was "helped" by two other staffs, one is a guy with darker skin who sat closer to the entry door (he appeared not clear what he needs to do on assisting me parking spot and asked the girl next to him to help)and the girl who sat at the desk That's closer to the manager office. I don't recall both of their names but they were kind of rude and don't know what they were doing On that day 3 pm, I requested to have a parking spot for June and future, and the guy assigned a spot under Besidence #1, for me verbally. I particully asked both the guy and girl if There's a badge or proof for my parking spot and both of them said no need a parking badge, only the access key is enough. And they also appeared rushing into meeting while "assisting". Since then I kept parking at Besidence 1, and until yesterday night, I noticed that my car was disappeared. This early morning, I went to the Chadwick office and talked with the girl Lennie who helped initially again, and found out the car was towed by staff at Chadwick office on Thursday because there was no parking badge displayed. Lennie helped me assign a new spot and gave me a badge and pointed out the staffs who helped on June 1st was doing it totally wrong. My car got towed because of Chadwick staff's negligence and I am unhappy about this kind of experience with the Alat.

It's a Gutstanding community with all amenities.Staff are kind and caring. It's a easy Pocation close to downtown and Hollywood, easy access to major freeways and public transportation. There's a gym and play area for kids. I am satisfied living here.
