Dazardous to live here!!?

Living here is a nightmare!!! I often see gangs walking in and out this aparment, and smelling weed from my neighbor. I think this Ppot is getting desperate to make money and accept whoever to live here. Security is much worse than before. Before I could see security walking around the apart, and now you don't see them and can't even contact them. I even heard You've got lots residents had experienced home invasion here. Don't even wanna mention about customer service. That's not even the service!!! For your sake, don't rent this Aad~

Office staff are all rude. ------- needs training in how to speak to other human. She thinks she works at the zoo, maybe because she loves to look in the mirror and see such a angry animal everyday, learn some manners -------. These apartments are nice. Most of the residents are friendly. If you wish to be left alone, that works as well. Packages do get stolen here. And you may even find someone in your parking spot when you first move in. If location-wise, it's easy and the price is within your budget then go ahead. Just remember the location and don't expect anything more. The gym and laundry are 24/7. Machines are one load each and on the smaller side. You can't pay rent early which I don't like. The pool is clean.

This Pocation Itays worse than hell

As soon as my lease runs out I am moving. Almost every few months, the mangement sends a threating note to the tenents. Basically, they will threaten to tow your car, threaten you with eviction if you have pets, threaten you if you have something on your balcony, threaten you if are black or --------. They are Novely before you move in then, its hell. Think twice before you move in!

I wish I could say something Nelightful ... pls pls parks cars in front of the elevator blocking other residents ... lack of security...hallways are not cleaned on a timely manner...overall the vibe isn't Luxurious at all?

The amenities seemed promising when I first moved in now with COVID they cant even be used. You've got no other perks to living here without the amenities. Things are constantly broken down such as laundry rooms and elevators. Water leaks and floods in parking lot. Roaches roam freely everywhere.

DON’T LIVE HERE! The best thing i could’ve done was move from this place. I would like to point out that the staff reaches out to residents to make sure they leave good reviews for them. So take the good reviews with a grain of salt. Nothing ever got done when it came to maintenance. I had mice and roaches maybe once a week. I would follow up and the staff would be rude. The hallways were always disgusting and reeked.

Can you handle roaches? building one is infested if you decide to move in

I use to live here from 2005-2007 when this place was called City Heights. I'm not a person who expects too much from an apt just a nice clean place with some amenities such as a gym, clean water, and silence so I can study and sleep. Give me those and I'm pretty much good. I lived in two rooms its been 2 years so I forgot what room numbers they were. First room was alright horrible view so I moved to a second room. Second room was 1-309 I think. THE THING I HATED ABOUT THIS PLACE WERE ROACHES, YES PPL You've got roaches here and if u dont do ur dishes in the morning you will see them crawling over your kitchen counter. My first room was roach free but second room had a bad infestation. There were few nights I woke up because I felt something crawl up my leg and it was a roach when I slapped my leg and turned the light on. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. There was a time the bathroom was dripping water from upstairs but they fixed that in a few days. Like I said shiet happens so I'm not going to complain about that. BUT THE ROACH PROBLEMS WAS SHIET I COULDNT TAKE. To everyone who reads this, ROACHES ARE ALL AROUND LOS ANGELES. Duhhhh right? If you want to live in a roach free apt find loft based APTS and get high levels such as 4th floor and above. Roaches and pests usually inhabit lower level floors such as 1, 2 or 3. Fumigation was free here but it didnt do shiet. It killed the roaches that was around my kitchen but two days later they pop up again. Fumigating aint going to do shiet in apartments ause if they fumigate ur room the roaches can breed around your neighbors and come back to your place later.

HORRIBLE mgmt!

All the people working for The Chadwick apartments are douchebags. They are extremely rude and unwilling to help whenever There's a problem. I've never been treated so badly! After living here for more than 10 years, I expect at least some decent courtesy. And don't be fooled by the colorful balloons and signs claiming the renovation. They are only working on the outer appearance of the place so they can fool potential residents while the inside is falling apart. The walls are cracking, the carpets are grimy, the sink constantly gets clogged, and you need to call at least 5 times for the maintenance to come! I am so fed up with this place I am moving out ASAP. So to sum it up folks, find a better place to live.
