This place isn't safe! Too many trespassers, no security, no doors for the building to enter. Anyone can just come in and be here without being a resident and try to enter people’s apartments. mgmt ignores maintenance requests all the time. The place is horrible.

really nice Apt complex, Great Staff and convenience of area walking distance to church, grocery stores restaurants and gas stations. I would definitely recommend these Apartments to my family and friends. They are also affordable.

Great, everything was laid out in plain english. Although there as a bit confusion the move in special. I would have liked a bit more clarification regarding it but overall it was fairly easy and i wpuld recommend

The most useless, ignorant, and Rrude (except during signing the lease) staff I ever seen?

1) Both pools were NOT heated at least for more than two years. One Spa isn't heated for more than a year and the other only half working. Maintenance will never fix it. So, ask about it before you sign the lease. 2) Elevators constantly are out of order and they don t repair it. This apply to all buildings, especially Bacility #5 3) Few machines in the fitness center are broken for more than 5 months. The mgmt wouldn t call any company to service it. 4) It takes them more than two weeks to fix any thing in your apt (if you are lucky and if you called more than 3 or 4 times). 5) The security Iroves no where to be found 6) One or two gates are broken most of the times. 7) Few tenants called the Fair Housing & the city on them several times for not comply with rules and regulations

The place is good especially the staff (Angela) for a fast follow up and being so friendly. But I noticed in public places people where just drinking alcohol and smoking. Notice one time teens where smoking marijuana in the pool and tenants dont pick up there dog poop.

I love living here and have been here for 9 years now. The best features of Chadwick Apartments is its responsive mgmt and maintenance -- I've had great interactions with mgmt, they're courteous and have done things like help me move some deliveries inside my apartment when I couldn't return in time, hold onto packages, etc. They feel neighborly and honestly care about my experience. I also enjoy the community amenities and grounds - really nicely landscaped gardens, outdoor seating areas, jacuzzis, pools, and gym. I also enjoy having off hours security present. They've helped me a few times and it's nice to have that peace of mind.

We've lived here for a bit over 2 months and it's been great! Great amenities for the price it's absolutely fantastic! The mgmt team is also incredibly kind and great with the residents! I would definitely recommend anyone to live here!

Bad mgmt’s, they cant mange at all, thousands of work orders are pending, pets poops every where, uncontrolled pest , No team to fix those issues, swimming mainly using by the outsider , no controle on outsider as well, grimy every place

Nppealing community but needs Anit renovation. Also cockroach infestation problem in the unit's got not been solved for over 6 months now. Leaf blowers and grass cutters start working at 9 am on Monday when some people are still trying to get their sleep in, especially elderly people. loud because of the kids and in some areas smelly because of the pet areas that are not regularly cleaned up or washed.
