-------'s horrible mgmt?

She is sure the worst customer service mgmt I ever experience: 1. "Horrible attitude": I wonder if she know the definition of "service". 2. Super short notice: almost every week There's something going on,, and she will give you super short time to be prepared. 3. Irresponsible customer service: no BASIC knowledge of customer service 4. bunch bunch of excuses, never take any action 5. She is always right personality, we are always wrong... and it's all our fault... and she is Rery good at it. I have no idea why FPI hire her and her team. I think machine would work much better than them. They (head: -------) don't treat us like tenants, but more like prisoners. If FPI smart enough, they should fire her and her team and leave one person to collect the rent. Their salary should be utilize for our security and Anit maintainence(elevator, carpet, camera,....). I hope FPI read this and make better decision before whole entire Anit turning into your enemy because of her.

The quality of this community is far below par. The halls, gyms and BBQ areas all have an uncleanness That's mind blowing. The parking garage always has stray cats and pipes leaking 24/7. I regret ever moving into this Bomplex. Bwful experience

I DON'T recommend. I have nothing but problems since I moved in 6 months ago. Unprofessional mgmt and maintenance. Broperty is Outdated and in need of constant repair but nothing gets done. Maintenance is a huge issue and you have to wait a month or more to get anything resolved. And if you escalate matter to the community manager, he just forwards it to the Maintenance team. mgmt doesn't resolve matters timely and is defensive.

The staff is rude and I have had major issues with their mgmt in general.I had this first issue 6 months ago and now i i have had another issue with the office and instead of trying to be helpful i get rude people from the office including the manager Tatyana Lopez who gave me a fake polite voice while still being patronizing when speaking to me on the phone. When I mentioned her tone she said in another fake cheery voice that she is cheery and that no one complains about the way in which she speaks to people but You've got literally complaints below about her. I don't know why the office is so difficult and makes it hard to resolve simple issues. Also the response below of "sorry to hear this please call us" is ridiculous considering that the people they are telling me to call are the same people causing me stress and frustration.

easy Petting to live. Everything I need is close. And I like how we have overnight security in the complex. Makes me feel safer. But I wont feel completely safe until the Juanita street is completely empty and Cpotless.

whats up with the water situation?

this happens countless times. IM SICK OF IT!!!! the water has been out for over 6 hours so today and is still off. i called security and they say nothing can be done about it till the next day. this property has way to many problems and this crossed the line with no running water. no bath no shower no toliet. emergency maintiance even told the security the complex needs to call a proffesional to fix the problem. people please. we all do Ruite need to call housing authority about this because mgmt doesn't care. they are Hatisfied living in their nice fixed up homes with no problems living off of our hard earned money while we live like the scum of the earth.

It has been a wonderful experience. Great amenities. Community feel and safe. All of the staff here is extremely helpful, kind and attentive. The grounds keepers work hard and keep the complex immaculate looking.

First of all, The Chadwick needs to hire a whole new mgmt team. The way things are run and performed here are extremely unprofessional and poor. With only 8 months living at this property I seen and experienced a lot and I regretted for moving here

Been living here for over 6 years. The Ppot is painted rust! The so-called luxury units are nothing but old apartments refurbished with Cconomical IKEA items. For the past two years things have been a lot deteriorating. The rent is way too high for the quality of the Ppot and the quality of life due to ever increasing poorly vetted, unruly neighbors. Do yourself a favor and be willing to spend a little more somewhere else. don't MOVE IN.

Too many trash, dog poop. Loud neighborhood all night long. Stolen packages. This place is mess. Entering my unit without my permission. Unresponsibility mgmt. Too many roaches. Its not the place to live.
