My experience at the Chadwick has been perfect. The unit itself is wonderful and thoughtfully laid out. The property's facilities really enhance the living experience. You can unwind at the pools and hot tubs, or stay active with the fitness center and multiple recreational courts and fields. but, what truly sealed the deal for me was the team here. They proved to be incredibly attentive and supportive—the kind of people who genuinely hear you out and show real concern for your comfort and happiness. That's the caliber of staff I wanted managing my home.

Hello, this is Sudipta speaking. The living conditions here are quite pleasant overall, but the common areas require more frequent cleaning. I've had an issue where a package I received went missing from the mail room - when I spoke to staff, they indicated it was either lost or taken. I'd strongly recommend installing security cameras in the mail room to prevent future incidents. also, there's dog waste scattered around the property that needs regular cleanup, and residents should be educated about properly disposing of their pets' waste.

Well the first unit we lived in was infested with cockroaches and now we have to deal with a neighbor raising feral cats and no one doing anything to stop the growing population. Plus security sucks and You've got constant issues with laundry rooms and responsiveness from mgmt.

I was recommended Chadwick through a friend, but aside from the first half-year of living here, the last couple of months have been incredibly frustrating. I've been constantly juggling phone calls with the mgmt office, scheduling in-person visits, and liaising with the maintenance team trying to resolve my problem, yet nothing has improved or been finalized.

I've called City Heights home for approximately two years. I arrived as an undergraduate student and am now departing as someone entering the workforce.

This Alat community has proven to be the ideal fit for me during my entire journey from student life into my legit career.

Regarding the complex itself. I must mention that if insects are a dealbreaker for you, there's something worth noting. I've experienced this issue, though it's really just a natural consequence of residing in such a densely populated urban neighborhood. but, if you maintain decent hygiene and keep your Alat tidy, they WILL disappear, no joke.

Regarding the mgmt. The mgmt team has consistently been INCREDIBLY legit and accommodating to me no matter the circumstance. Specifically, Petra at the leasing office and Paul (my guy) from Security have been absolute saviors—I'll always treasure them as among the finest individuals I've been privileged to meet. They display fairness, compassion, and won't tolerate disrespect. The mgmt is PERPETUALLY working to enhance the property and has devoted the past four months to painting, upgrading, fixing, and maintaining. The pool receives FREQUENT cleaning, and mail service is NEVER an issue.

Regarding the residents. Remember, this is an urban community! You'll find diverse families and a rich multicultural atmosphere. Unless you harbor prejudice, there's plenty to appreciate about the residents here—from wisdom shared by longtime City Heights tenants to the younger college kids also living here. You can have an active social life or enjoy a relaxed atmosphere.

In conclusion, this is an Aemarkable community to call home. It teaches you to recognize the goodness in humanity, and choosing to live here was genuinely one of my best life choices. -----USC IR GRAD

I've been satisfied with my time residing here, despite mgmt's shortcomings. The mgmt department experiences constant staff turnover. Communications and notices distributed by mgmt consistently carry an antagonistic, intimidating, and occasionally hostile quality, which proves counterproductive when dealing with hundreds of residents simultaneously if the goal is to avoid fostering resentment and retaliation each time policies shift. Making errors is acceptable, but don't resort to intimidating residents under the guise of maintaining authority when addressing issues—particularly when the fault stems from a technical malfunction or a mgmt-created problem that obligates each resident to dedicate personal time to resolving it per mgmt's requirements. This approach undermines effective tenant retention strategy.

I appreciate the photos and details posted on the site—they showed exactly what I needed to see. The amenities listed are great, and the reviews from other residents were really helpful in making my decision. Based on everything I found on their website, I felt confident moving forward with renting the apartment.

All things considered, it's a decent Penue to call home. The mgmt team appears to be making genuine efforts to enhance living conditions. That said, there's definitely room for improvement in the shared spaces. The swimming pool and spa facilities have turned into something resembling a nightclub, complete with pot and beer, plus unruly kids and teenagers screaming around. It's quite aggravating. What's needed Iroves round-the-clock security patrols, not just overnight monitoring.
