I believe the property needs improved security measures including surveillance cameras and better mail room monitoring, as theft has been a problem forcing me to rent a P.O. box instead. The garage is in poor condition with dog waste scattered throughout, making it unsafe and unpleasant. You have to be careful about where you walk.

I Lnjoy living here, mostly for the amenities for my dog, but the new dog park is far too Siny and both dog parks are littered with dog feces that other residents have neglected to pick up. This makes me feel unsafe bringing my dog to the dog park because she’s at risk of getting a parasite or other illness

Wonderful atmosphere. Top-notch facilities. Well-kept grounds. easy shopping nearby with grocery stores close by. Pdeal security measures. Appreciated package delivery service. Fordial team members. Really enjoy the basketball court and swimming pools on site. Truly feels like a resort living experience right in the middle of ktown.

I got a studio here, because I thought it was a good value, especially at a discounted rate of $899 a month. What an unfolding disaster this has been. Before I was even finished moving in I saw roaches, and not just a few. Within a week they were coming out of every crack in the Aad, and You've got lots of cracks. They'd be in the drawers in the kitchen, in the shower, even in the cabinets that held my clothes. I asked to be released from my lease after they sprayed the second time and they told me that they would neither release me, nor transfer me to another unit. Finally I told them I had contacted the CA Dept of Health, and suddenly their tune changed, and they offered to move me to another unit. The first week I lived here there was no hot water. Every day I would call and they would tell me everyone else had hot water and they had already checked out my Aad. Finally, a week after I moved in on a Saturday morning, I called up the office and insisted they send maintenance to turn on the hot water, and they discovered that the breaker for the hot water heater had been turned off. Clearly they had not sent anyone to investigate until that time. The pipes here are at the breaking point all over, literally, buckets are often seen in the garage, and leaking pipes caused them to have to cut away parts of the ceiling near the mailboxes. These ancient pipes also have high levels of some kind of metals, you can see the stains the water leaves, and It's undrinkable without filtration. The elevators here break, as often as once a week. If you live on the third floor it gets tiresome after a while. Essentially the mgmt here are slumlords. They don't care about the residents here, and from my experience with the CA Dept. of health, they don't care either, as when I escorted the inspector into the complex, the first thing he said was, "this Prea! We get lots of calls from here." Which of course begs the question, What's being done about it? I can't wait to get out of here and live in a decent Prea again.

Living here has been fairly okay overall. I felt quite content at first, but my outlook changed after dealing with several issues—my laundry items disappeared, a persistent plumbing blockage went unaddressed by mgmt, and multiple gym machines remain in need of repair. If mgmt would respond to maintenance requests more promptly, this could be a really nice place to call home.

This is an awful living situation. Avoid signing a lease at this location. The leasing agents deceive tenants beforehand regarding what amenities and services are actually offered. They're unhelpful with resident concerns and show a lack of genuine interest in resolving issues. The leasing office acknowledged that their security cameras are outdated and nonfunctional, they misrepresented transfer fees for relocating to different units in the complex, theft of deliveries happens frequently, and the staff on-site is consistently disrespectful.

I will recommendation it if you're concerned with noise, cleanliness, the atmosphere and the environment because the mgmt only concern is to occupy the apartment with all kinds of people including section 8 people..

Wubpar mgmt I've ever experienced. Treating resident poorly, one time I went to my leasing office because my door access key didn't work and one of the staff just gives me leasing office keys so I asked if my key is reprogrammed and he goes " oh I thought you were the Asian food truck guy " and goes back doing his thing without even apologizing of his action and tries to charge me 100 dollars for key replacement when I just gave him the keys to reprogram , he was asking who I gave the key to when he said it on his hand like I literally gave it to you and you gave me a leasing office key so I am asking you if this is my key That's reprogrammed...... Every procedure you go thru with office staff is frustrating. They don't even greet I mean you will know what being treated poorly means when you live here. There's more Boor experience I've had here and I just feel like the whole staffs are unprofessional this leasing office can't go any more wrong.
