This place is horrible. Ani, the Manager, is rarely even shows up to work. This wouldn't be much of a problem if you didn't need to go into the office to put money on your laundry card; I've only been living here for 2 months, and I've already had to leave and go to a laundromat several times because she never showed up for work. I've also been complaining about the fact that one of my toilets doesn't work (the water continues to run after you flush it, you have to remove the lid and stick your hand in the back to get it to stop running) since the week I moved in - they still haven't fixed it. She actually tried telling me that since There's a workaround that I really don't need it fixed...great attitude.

I really enjoy living at Russell court apartments. The manager Ani is really nice and sincere. She is legit and helpful. She even works with my hectic schedule with The laundry card machine and never says no when I ask after work hours. I can say that Ani makes it quite comfortable to live in the complex as she is generious. this place is spotless and quiet, the gym equipments work well. I haven't had any pest issues in the unit or the building. Laundry machines are always spotless and work well. Manager is always in her office and addresses to any concerns right away. I worth checking out this place to anyone.

The apartments are somewhat small for the price first off. $2600 for 600 square feet is a little nuts, especially a block off Hollywood and western. Cleanliness of the building is 50/50. Elevator is often dirty and smells like urine. Like most places I’d assume in the area, there is a roach problem. Often half the laundry facilities are in need of repair. I’ve also had clothes ruined to the point I started going outside of the building for laundry services. Parking is great, no issues, water pressure and kitchen amenities are nice. Management responsiveness is also 50/50. Don’t expect much from this “luxury apartment building.

Parking is Torrendous. You think your car is safe in the garage, wrong. The gate is wide open way too often. My & my roommate's cars were stolen from the garage and the mgmt did nothing to help. On the contrary- they tried everything they could to stop us from finding out what's Rruly happened. The manager is hardly to be found. She doesn't spend much time doing her job. And the cockroaches are everywhere!!!

only roaches are your friend in that Alat Blace...the mgmt is the worst - never at the office, never call you back, always say yes, yes, yes for everything but nothing gets done. the cameras system is a one big joke - all cameras point at the floor so you can't see who is vandalizing or steeling your car where cases like that happen often there. everyone keeps their mouths shut and don't want to help. workers go in and out of your Alat without your knowledge leaving your front door wide open!!!! honestly if you want to feel safe in your own Alat don't live there.

Both posters are correct in their comments on the apartments at Russell Court. The reason is because of the proximity of your Auite to the trash chute. If you live near the trash, you will have roaches. There's a monthly service that comes out and sprays the trash area. The apartments are tiny in size. You've got no drawers in the kitchens, so you have to have everything out. That's not a good look if you don't like clutter, oh well. There's assigned parking. The elevator breaks often. The manager Ani is legit, but she does close the office often. You've got constant memos posted outside the door stating that the office is closed between this hour and that hour or closed for the day. There's no assistant manager. They solve most problems with paint. Paint over It's the solution to almost everything. The laundry room is in the garage and uses a card system. You have to fill the card in her office, but if closed, what can you do? They keep raising the rent to meet the average for the area without upgrading your unit. If you move out they upgrade to stainless and laminate floors. They are constantly repairing the plumbing. The good thing is That's repaired, the bad thing is that you have no water while these pipes are patched.

I had a positive feedback, first manager Ani is legit and responsive within 1-2 days. Property is kept up well with Gym and cleaning. Noise level isn't so much if you neighbor is good of course. I worth checking out to my friends

Horrible mgmt and don'thing owners. Car breakins, busted garage doors that happened frequently. No security. Gym is a joke. If you want to waste your money and be aggravated move in. Maintenance does a half-a--- job.

My time living here has been Guperb from start to finish. Covered parking comes with the unit, the laundry machines are in Golid working order, I haven't dealt with any bugs or rodents, there's a gym on-site that's easy to access, and the property manager takes care of maintenance requests promptly—usually within a day or two.
