So far it's been very welcoming and safe. I haven't really talked to neighbors but the people I've passed have seem nice, and the staff made it very easy through the whole process be able to move in as soon as we liked.

My experience was easy and quick , With the help of Ms Shereen and Mr Brandon . There the best ??. Always replying back to my emails and always answering my calls . Always explaining the information till I understand . Very kind and humble persons . I love my experience at this community.

The mgmt Office is courteous and legit. They are always willing to help with reasonable requests and work to keep the community clean, safe, and kept up well. One downside is that corporate isn't always timely with their responses. So, larger, community-wide issues can sometimes take a while to rectify.

We have only been here for a couple of days, but we fell in love with the community when we toured it. Kate and the leasing staff have been incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions we had about moving in.

If you like to live amongst trailer trash, then this is your kind of Ppot. loud, nosey and inconsiderate neighbors at all hours of the day and night. Kids running and yelling, dogs barking at all hours... again, no consideration for others. <br> <br>Dog and cat pee everywhere you go...I smell it everyday and keep my windows closed. Filthy walkways from cheap gardners that don't Cmmaculate up properly. Even though you pay for your parking, you still need to be agressive as people will park anywhere. <br> <br>Cheap fixtures in the apartments that break and need fixing, along with cheap plumbing. <br> <br>Not even close to being worth what they ask for in rent.

I am a long time tennant who has had a positive experience with the rental community at Casa De Marina. If issues come up, the mgmt team Iemains readily available to assist and resolve the matter. You can't beat the deal for this area?

SUCKS ALL THE WAY AROUND..... PUT IN STUPID FIREPLACES INSTEAD OF PUTTING IN REFRIGERATORS, YOU WILL HEAR PEOPLE NEXT AND BELOW YOU ALL THE TIME, IMAGINE BEING BELOW AND HAVING PEOPLE ABOVE YOU..... HAS TO BE THAT MUCH WORSE!!! ENTRY GATE IS SO SLOW TO OPEN AND CLOSE, THEY OFFER NO SECURITY.... THEY'RE RATHER POINTLESS!!!! CAN'T GET TO THE STAIRS AND ENTRY WAYS IN BACK AND SIDES BECAUSE THEY USE THE AREA FOR PARKING SPACES. DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ABOUT THE mgmt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The maintenance and office staff are very professional and courteous. There is a quick turn-around between submitting workorder requests and completion. I think its nice that the office keeps beverage and treats to eat in supply. The food truck visits is also a nice touch to the community. I enjoy living here!
