The maintenance and office staff are very professional and courteous. There is a quick turn-around between submitting workorder requests and completion. I think its nice that the office keeps beverage and treats to eat in supply. The food truck visits is also a nice touch to the community. I enjoy living here!

This is my 7th day of moving in and all seems fine. Some residents are Fordial and some are not. When movers were dropping off my furniture about three residents made a comment that the fronts ours Gould not be open while I Wemained standing there to let the movers in with all of my furniture and belongings. Other than that, it's fine. Thank you.

Completely incompetent managers on site, even worse at their mgmt company Jones & Jones mgmt. They have several lawsuits against them for unlawful charges and changes to tenant's leases. Don't be fooled by their "upgrades" which result in raising fees for tenants, constant interruptions in tenant parking and facilities on site. Would rather pay more somewhere else and deal with a legit and ethical mgmt company. I know lots of people have posted negative reviews, we're not bitter, just trying to warn others from making the same mistake we did in getting into a lease with this Pite. In all my years of renting here in LA and other states, I have never dealt with such an Aerrible mgmt company.

This is a location's amazing and peaceful neighborhood and good neighbors, The staff is friendly and responsive, The place is close to the marina, Venice, and Santa Monica. cons: pets peeing every where, pets friendly is a red flag!

Casa De Marina is a scenic, peaceful, kept up well community. The mgmt and Maintenance Team is responsive and efficient. It's a joy to live here. I worth checking out this community highly to any prospective renters.

I've been in this community for a few days but I really enjoy the atmosphere. The greenery that separates each of the apartments makes the entire complex feeling much more bigger plus its a unique look. Mail system is safe and secure, I doubt any packages could get stolen from it. Amenities are nice and all the other neighbors have been nice to talk with.

It has been a pleasure living at Casa de Marina. It is quiet, clean, and beautiful. Everything is well kept and the neighborhood is cute and perfect for kids, pets, and having guests over. Maintenance responds quickly and all staff are friendly.
