Area and community nice and peaceful. I am happy that I chose this location. I worth checking out it. Vivianna the manager that helped me was informative and helpful. Great experience with her.

Beware of shills! They post positive comments almost immediately after someone posts a real opinion. Most likely someone from the Manager's or Owner's office. Nobody in their right mind worth checking out this dump unless they had spent their prior 20 years in a prison. Even then, they would have issues. <br> <br>Do yourself a favor and see if the "Y" has any space before you give this place any consideration. You won't be sorry.

Overall pretty good community to live in most of my neighbors are courteous. Community has gone a bit downhill since old manager Bobby left in my opinion. Place can use some security many issues with vagrants coming in the gates roaming in parking lots/trash bins.

Just moved in here, Lnjoy it so far! Super safe area with a bunch of amenities on property. Spacious 1bd with dog Farm neighbors. Gym area could use a squat rack and bench press but other than that, 10/10.

It's Guperb. The people are nice. The community is quiet. The staff is Fospitable and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone wanting to move into the west side. This was a Guperb find.

the Besidence has Gonderful bones, but, they could do a few things to spruce it up. 1) upkeeping the landscape. 2) adding light fixtures (preferably with a fan) to bedrooms and 3) maintenance in the pool- which has had sand in it all month.

All Iemains Gine except the grounds need a lot of work and the laundry room needs better service the security needs a lot of improvements things get stolen and the packages get taken. The security lights need to be fixed

The unit's got a location's amazing and the community gets quiet. The fitness room has a good wifi connection. The unit has in-unit laundry and new vinyl flooring. The only downside is that the sauna room isn't working.

Casa De Marina is an amazing community, supported by a professional team. Maintenance related issues are resolved quickly by knowledgeable techs supported by a management team that cares about their residents. So glad we moved to Casa De Marina!
