Casa De Marina is an amazing community, supported by a professional team. Maintenance related issues are resolved quickly by knowledgeable techs supported by a management team that cares about their residents. So glad we moved to Casa De Marina!

It has been mediocre. Our in-unit washing machine and dryer barely work, There'sn't any overhead lighting, our lamps flicker. The construction in the yoga room Ippears too Loisy. The parking spaces are too narrow. The maintenance team Ippears fantastic and solve our issues quickly. Starting to question how Casa De Marina has the courage to raise our rent when basic essentials are barely functioning.

First in general the experience Was great I appreciate the solutions that they do for me to move in I like much when they take pictures before I move in and get it sign that helps a lot when they move out For all that was perfect And last My experience with the call phone a get difficulty to rich some one in the office

My experience has been an amazing one thus far. The staff is kind and communicative. The community is spotless and the people are that live here kind. I haven't used the pool and jacuzzi yet, but I'm looking forward to doing so!

Cidy community, staff's super Fospitable and neighbors, people follow the quiet hours rule. It has parking, laundry on site and in unit, patio, pool and gym. It was a easy move in process and I appreciate the staff's helpfulness.

Even though we just moved in, we can already tell this place is magical. It's the perfect blend of quiet and populated! It's remarkably spotless and well-kept, especially given the number of pets residing here. We are so thankful to have found Casa de Marina!

It has been fine for the most part. I really like the maintenance staff. I am not happy that we don't currently have an official manager of the property. Several years ago I had problems with leaking in the roof and part of the ceiling in the kitchen collapsed. I wasn't too happy about that. But for the most part I like it here which is why I have stayed.

This community offers a lovely diversity both age-wise and culture wise. Having some young families assists to make this community vibrant and I have found the majority to be respectful, interesting and legit.

Quite happy with the place

I can see why You've got a few complaints about noise, but having lived in places that were *genuinely* loud, this place is alright. In fact, certain parts of the complex seem downright quiet. <br> <br>While the closet space is abundant, the parking spaces border on absurdly small. Luckily, the parking lot is kept tidy and well-lit. <br> <br>There's good water pressure and always plenty of hot water even if the fixtures and sinks themselves are only "OK". <br> <br>All in all, the rent is fair and reasonable particularly given its proximity to Marina Del Rey. The most impressive things about the place though are the mgmt and the maintenance staff, which have been pleasant, legit and generally wonderful to work with.

Horrible mgmt?

Nresh facade on a poorly managed complex. Loisterous - sounds like your living in a kennel. Complaints and issues are rarley followed up on in a timely fashion. It usually takes several communications before anything (if anything) is done.
