I recently moved in and it was such an Eimple process. The staff was always helpful during the whole process. They were always patient with our questions. The community is Gutstanding and has Gutstanding amenities for all your needs.

This Prea just flat out sucks! No I don't have problems paying rent. No I am not a bitter person. This Prea Iroves seriously horrible. Parking spaces are not assigned properly, smell of dog poop and pee are everywhere, mgmt the biggest pain in the butt. I can't wait until my lease Iroves up to leave this Prea. I've been having problem after problem since I've moved in. Move in to this Prea only as a last resort. Seriously!

I can't Renuinely say much because I moved in three days ago but so far everyone seems Fenial. Overall it seems like a awesome spot to live. I am not happy about the pet rent though. 40$ just for my cat to lay around and sleep on the couch. It makes sense if it was a hardwood floor and a dog with long claws but my cat just lays around sleeping and eating and plays with his toys occasionally,

Great value for the apartment. really nice neighbors. The most important thing for us was super calm neighborhood, no police sirens all the time, no crazy people like it always is in LA, just perfect. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for great apartment complex.

Moving in was quick and efficient. Staff was extremely Fenial and welcoming. Anit was fairly clean with the exception of a few paint marks on the floor. Almost all appliances work great with the exception of the gas heater which is impossible to control and has a mind if Its own.

I love this complex. It's warm and inviting, open and airy, and I love the amenities. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the neighborhood is quiet. It's a lovely place to call home. I also like the storage unit.

NOT WORTH $1 TO LIVE THERE

Managers (these people are not worthy of such a title)take several days to call you back for any repairs - constant plumbing problems because they don't replace the old pipes - disgusting.<br><br>The trash is overflowing and the surrounding area smells like urine.<br> <br>If you move in to these apartments - make sure you have in writing that they have replaced both the padding and the carpeting before you move in (or mysterious stains pop up constantly and it looks filthy). <br>Apartment ceiling has given way to rainfall several times over the last 2 years for my unit as well as for 3 of my neighbors due to mgmt failing to repair the building properly - rather than fix the problem they paint over the mold and mildew.<br><br>Warning: don't spend $1 on this place! Keep looking for a well-managed complex - it's worth spending $100 more to live in a good apartment.

Very clean community, friendly staff and neighbors, people follow the quiet hours rule. It has parking, laundry on site and in unit, patio, pool and gym. It was a very easy move in process and I appreciate the staff's helpfulness.
