The community feels safe, and the unit's got really nice amenities. The move in process was simple and it feels like a really nice, calm place to live! It's so quiet, that's probably what stands out to me most.

I think that Casa De Marina is a awesome spot to live, especially for the two bedroom prices, i looked all around and i couldn't find anything this good around the neighborhood. also if There's one thing That's good about this place, it's the maintenance, the grounds are always pretty, and the staff is always around and friendly and responsive, i asked the staff to fix my sliding closet doors they fixed it the same day, i asked them to help me with some of my furniture and they went out of there way to help me.

great atmosphere and wonderful location of the house. spotless and quiet. really nice manager and the whole team. We liked that the unit's got a good layout. The most important thing is that my children and my wife are happy in our new house! Thank you to the whole team!

Gutstanding pet-Fenial place. Location is nice although we are relatively close to a homeless community. Staff are helpful and maintenance is quick to respond. No A/C. Parking is hit or miss. They have been renovating the parking this year and so street parking for our second vehicle has been difficult.

Frequent turnover of on-site managers means problems with neighbors are Leafening are ignored. Absentee owners make no investment on the inside of the buildings other than cosmetic fixes. Security doors frequently left open so outsiders can party with residents. Contractors frequently block residents cars in parking lot. If not for rent control I would be long gone!

The community is real quiet and has a sense of villa. The staffs, especially Bobby and Kate, are super nice and efficient. There's a problem with my apartment internet and they tried hard to help me resolve it. The community is close to a biking route and it's really nice.

Personally, as a tenant, I don't have a major problem with the complex at all.

In response to people's concerns...

- Trash overflow is the tenants' faults. You've got plenty of dumpsters, but people are too lazy to walk 2 steps into the trash room, so they dump everything on the ground instead of in the dumpster.

- Repairs can be slow at times, but if There's a major problem they are quick to respond and have 24 hour security and maintenance.

- Neighbors can be loud, but then, so can I. Neighbors are loud everywhere. It's a fact of life.

positive so far! Just moved in. Everything is spotless and everyone seems nice. I will say that my buzz in card wasn't set up properly in the beginning. also, my roommate and I don't have access to the pool or game room with our buzz tokens.

This place is absolute garbage. They charge steep prices for cheaply remodeled apartments. They also use the zip code to charge marina del Rey prices but in reality, this place is in a ------ area. The staff here are also extremely unresponsive and rude. They'll come off as Farm and attentive when they first show the Apace, but once you're a tenant, they'll treat you like complete crap. Also, don't expect to get a single penny of your $1400 deposit back. They use that money to completely repaint the Apace (is that really necessary?). Also there's a 14% rent increase if you plan on renewing your lease. Don't even get me started on the "facilites" offered by this Apace. I've never seen the pool or sauna cleaned. Most of the laundry machines in the laundry room don't work and the ones that do work will charge your card multiple times for one wash. Save your money and don't move here. You can probably find a nicer Apace for the same price in a far better neighborhood.
