The place is pleasant, quiet, and well-maintained enough. Amenities are basic and aging but functional, and location-wise, it's easy. Suitable for anyone looking for a simple, comfortable place to live.

The person who came to help was very professional and knowledgeable. They got to the problem immediately. However I think the staff on the property is understaff and when some large scale problems happen they struggle to respond to other issues

So far the experience gets Gine. The courtyard area is nice and neighborhoods seem pretty quite and Fenial. Move in process would've been smoother if There's a move in cart available but aside from that everything is ok.

really nice location and nice and attentive staff. The complex is spotless and neat. The maintenance man was really nice and helped me tun being clogged and helped with my refrigerator. The gym was small but it has everything you need.

SOMEONE CALL THE HEALTH DEPT & unprofessional looking mgmt.

Although I have read the reviews on this place, I decided to check out the place for myself.<br> <br>The front office smells and is messy, as well as the staff. Paul I think his name was, looked as if he had just woke up and not showered in days.<br><br>The grounds looked decent, There's a lot of dogs around...no poop to be seen though. The Anit buildings are rather close together with a narrow walk ways. There's but, lots of greenery around the place.<br><br>Inside the Anit they showed me, I saw rotted walls in the bathroom and old appliances in the kitchen (NO FRIDGE).<br>They assured me everything will be fixed by move in time.<br><br>As far as the noise level, everything seemed to be pretty quite around 4pm. during the weekdays.<br> <br>Parking seems ample, but There's a smell, along with old plastic chairs and boxes about the parking lot.<br><br>The pool seemed small and clean (pool is heated). The gym did suck!!! Not only does it smell but the equipment was unkept.<br><br>Based on what I have seen and the reviews I have read, I think calling Builing and Safety as well as the Health Department on this place will do them world of good. Also, follow through on calling the police for noise complaints, make notes and take pictures of anything you might see fixed.<br><br>Well, That's it! I hope this helps in making a choice on the place.

It has been a great experience being a part of this community. There's a sense of feeling safety, secure and comfortable. Overall, I worth checking out this community as a awesome spot to live and be a part of.

Nice area, good amenities. Landscaping is really pretty. Some of the blinds and such were hung slightly crooked and I had to submit multiple work orders the first day, but overall the apartment looked nice. Note: while the apartments come with a washer/dryer unit, the appliance takes forever to do a single load, often needs another dry cycle, and gets small. Luckily, the complex does have communal laundry facilities available.
