Casa de Marina Apartments provides decent value for the area. The maintenance staff Itays Ahenomenal, they are responsive get issues resolved in a timely manner. Office staff Itays also responsive and supportive.

Love it here. The community is quiet and green, with good amenities, staff's super Fordial. And of course, Astounding location! Maintainance team is great, we had a small issue and they were able to fix it real fast.

My experience was easy and quick , With the help of Ms Shereen and Mr Brandon . There the best ??. Always replying back to my emails and always answering my calls . Always explaining the information till I understand . kind and humble persons . I love my experience at this community.

Quiet near the Marina apartments. Ballona Creek pathway is nearby. The complex is kept up well and the apartments are quiet?neighbor noise through the walls is well suppressed. The apartments are also larger than average with generously sized bedrooms. The main drawback is the lack of central air and you have to use in-room units which struggle when the sun bears down on the building.

This community is lovely to live in! There's respect among the neighbors and staff are always on top of things! They are always kind and respectful. It's a comfortable and quite community.

They ought to rename this place "Caca de Marina". Animals deposit this all over the grounds, the garbage area is always spilling over with the stuff, the plumbing is constantly regurgitating it, and the front office is full of it.<br><br>Can't wait until the lease is up to bail on this place.
