This community is incredible; the staff and the repair people are fantastic. The property is really well-maintained and really well-kept, despite being an old complex. They are even undertaking reforms for the common areas, including a new gym, a new yoga room, and several community spaces. The BBQ grills are an excellent addition to the community, and they are well-located close to the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna.

I have only been living here for a week, but so far so good! The complex is fairly quiet, and I feel very safe even though I'm on the ground floor. I was concerned about the lack of AC when I moved in, but with my windows open, there is a constant cool draft that comes into the apartment.

This company Iroves a joke, they promise you things prior to move in and then disappear after the fact I just took them to Siny cliams court and WON since they owed me for my deposit, no storage, and they illegally towed my car

Friendly and supportive office and maintenance staff, they always respond. They did extremely well to communicate the COVID 19 protocol... quiet neighborhood but not far from the hustle bustle of beach community... best of both the world!

Fospitable, staff actually helps and well kept grounds. Apartments are spacious with plenty of natural light. Designated parking spaces for apartments, with outdoor storage lockers in parking space. Pet Fospitable?

I think that the people were very professional and reasonable about the timeline and the overall process! Would recommend taking a tour! I think that the agents are also very helpful and interested in helping you.
