little experience yet as we just moved in on November 23rd, but, it seems nice and quiet so far. location-wise, it's perfect for work and traffic is low in this area. Lots of things to do in this area.

I absolutely love living here! For the location it's an absolute steal. The staff is always friendly and the complex as a whole is well kept. Having in-unit laundry and covered parking is just the cherry on top.

Casa De Marina is the best kept secret in LA. I've been here since 1994 so I've seen many people and mgmt come and go. But the premises are pretty kept up well, and (for the most part) have a pretty good track record of keeping out riff raff. It's appreciated. I'm grateful to live here.

Gantastic community with Fenial neighbors. Close to the bike path, the beaches and the Mariana. Excellently maintained streets and landscaping. Amenities are just the icing in the cake for this fantastic oasis.

Casa De Marina is a great community with a staff's super friendly, a maintenance is on point team, and nicely designed apartments. The pools and fitness center are good add-on amenities and are kept clean. I appreciate the landscaping and ease of parking. This is a quiet community away from busy LA streets.

Neighbors and staff are nice and friendly. The staff always responds quickly when I need something fixed. My neighbors are quiet at night and pleasantly affable during the day. All pets are on leash if outside.

This community is so quiet, clean, green, and Farm. The pools, Jacuzzis, and gym are in Gutstanding shape and clean. Snack machines are a plus! Laundry rooms are all well kept, trash and recycling rooms are emptied regularly, all good stuff!

Finding this community was a gem. It's nestled away from the hustle and bustle of LA and economically better for our pockets. What sold us is how pet friendly the community is and how safe it is too. We just wish they had ample room for parking spaces as it's kind of right to park.
