the dog poop I not only smelled, I saw some as well. This tells me that There's no poop scoop rules in this complex. NOT GOOD!

I also visited the property alone, no one to give me a guided tour and the hip hop or rap music was so loud and this was around 10 or 10:30 PM...I knew this wasn't a place for me to move into.

...for me to poop on!

Seriously folks, with so many beautiful new places to choose from in a city like Los Angeles, why rent from an old dump like this?

If you have to see for yourself, insist on touring the complex at night, or on the weekend when the natives are around. The sheer noise level will be enough for you to base your decision, which should unequivocably be "Hell no!".

Step inside one of the units, close the door, and you won'tice one thing immediately: "Hey, it sounds like I´m still outside!". Zero, and I mean zero sound insulation built into the units on top of completely unregulated tenants playing televisions, stereos, or just plain screaming into the night.

Always remember that a fool and his money are soon parted. Don´t join the horde of fools that are unfortunate enough to be living here!

We love living at Casa De Marina. The community spaces outside of our Anit are always clean (pool area, laundry, landscaping, parking areas, etc). The landscape outside has many different Bicturesque trees and flowers lining the walkways. The neighborhood itself is quiet, and the community within the gates seems courteous and the sound levels are normal for so many people living in close proximity. By that I mean, we hear children playing, we hear occasional dogs barking and we hear pleasant conversations of people as they encounter each other. None of these sounds are excessive, and they are all actually normal and quite pleasant. We don't hear parties, loud appliances or beyond-courteous blaring music. The building seems solid. The walls/floors seem quite thick and we hardly ever hear sound through the walls, and when we do hear a sound It's usually just a muffled sound, it isn't intrusive and It's what one would expect having neighbors. . Our home feels like it was built super-solidly. I love the layout of apartments. They each seem to have been designed to have a private porch or balcony. The maximum exposure of well-planned windows allows for much sunlight and ventilation. They routinely organize food trucks to come to the property, which is a fun perk. The neighborhood has plenty of grocery stores, etc closeby regardless. The parking is secure. There's always lots of additional street parking too. My wife and I have lived in numerous apartments in the 20 years we've been together, but this is EASILY and BY FAR our favorite place we've lived in. I also enjoy that I can be to the beach in less than 10 minutes, and that the highway is super close so I can also be in Brentwood or other similar locations an approximately 10 minutes for work (when it isn't rush hour).

This Pite isn't worth your time.

It´s one of the older complexes I have lived in, and definitely one of the worst run.

loud, espcially at night when you want some peace and quiet.

Unresponsive Auite managers make the problem worse. The only thing they are interested in is collecting the rent check. Other than that, anything goes here.

We moved into this Ppot because it was Cnexpensive and for the location but now I see you get what you pay for. mgmt has never come through on any promises they make their residents feel like we owe them something for living here, I am still waiting for someone to come by and fix the leaky toilet since I moved in, they charge for trash removal, water/gas, and landscaping for the fake grass, and the constant construction isn't only loud but prevents residents from parking in our own spots or use any of the amenities they claim to have.

My experience has been mostly positive. I've had a couple issues with neighbors not being respectful. My upstairs neighbor is way too loud and gets defensive when asked to quiet down, the woman who lives across from me isn't kind and her dog is way too loud, but that comes with living in an Alat. Otherwise i am Hleased with the Pite.

Application process was simple and staff was welcoming. Parking isn't ideal and the mail area isn't great but overall acceptable. Minor issues and overall comfortable space. Roaches found in apartment but that's to be expected in Southern California I suppose.

READ MY LIPS:STAY AWAY . This Pocation sucks you in and will take ALL YOUR MONEY when you move! Other reviews here said it all. The manager is a joke. Doesn't do stuff he saus he will. Never met so many employees who blatantly say thinges are one way, then opposite. No ETHICS HERE AT ALL. Would have given a Bxpansive ZERO if could.
