During the pandemic, we had a high turnover of key personnel. I'm hoping that we will now have more stability. Some of the managers have been more legit than others. Now we seem to be solving this issue.

My time here has been pretty good so far. It's a calm, secure gated complex where the mgmt team is really welcoming. The unit was in great condition when I arrived, featuring fresh carpet in the bedroom and appliances that looked practically brand new thanks to thorough cleaning. All in all, I'm happy with my decision to rent this place!

The best ever in my 38 years in LA. Moser, updated appliances and fixtures, on-site maintenance, reasonable price. location's amazing, safe and access to mini-gym, pool, bar-b-Que, bike and walking paths, beach and freeways.

The people who work here and the neighbors are Renuinely pleasant and welcoming, and I appreciate having a spacious living area. but, the bathroom feels cramped and lacks storage space for essentials like toilet paper and toiletries. The storage area tends to accumulate dust and could use regular cleaning maintenance.

It's a wonderful place to live with accommodating property managers and Gonderful neighbors. We haven't had a single issue in the year and a half we've lived here and plan to stay for some time. location's Ancredible as well.

I don't regret moving here. Casa de Marina gives you Guperb value. The staff is Farm and responsive. The apartments are well laid out and come with nice, but not fancy fixtures. The complex is kept up well and has some nice amenities. The biggest downside is probably that they use all the available space by putting apartments close together, although it isn't overly loud. If you want to live around the neighborhood and don't want to pay a huge amount in rent, It's a Guperb choice.

This place is perfect; the team members and maintenance crew are wonderful. The grounds are exceptionally spotless and in great condition, even though it's an older building. They're currently making improvements to shared facilities, featuring a brand new fitness center, a dedicated yoga studio, and various gathering areas. The outdoor cooking stations are a fantastic amenity for residents, positioned perfectly near the pool, hot tub, and steam room.

This property is terrible. Worst apartment living situation I've experienced. I typically don't post reviews online, whether positive or negative, but I felt obligated to share my experience here. Where do I even begin... Casa De Marina operates like a corporation. mgmt attracts tenants with discounted move-in specials. That's what hooked us. I suspect they offer these deals because of their extremely high resident turnover. They were charming initially, but once we moved in, the friendly facade disappeared. The units themselves are acceptable, though somewhat cramped with awkwardly designed layouts. Privacy is practically nonexistent. Whether it's neighbors being intimate or, in my situation, a mediocre guitar player living next door, you hear everything! Plus there's minimal air circulation in the units and no air conditioning, so you're forced to keep windows open constantly, particularly during summer. Then there's the maintenance situation. They perform excessive maintenance here, honestly too much! They're constantly posting notices about random repairs happening in adjacent buildings... I don't care! The lease agreements are questionable. After completing a one-year lease at $1275/month, I told mgmt I wanted to switch to month-to-month since I was starting school soon. They said if I didn't sign another lease, my rent would jump to $1600! I found that absurd, so I reluctantly signed a 6-month lease and they still increased it to $1350. Maybe that's standard pricing now, but in my ten years renting throughout West L.A. that's never occurred. Be cautious—if you need temporary housing you might tolerate this place briefly, otherwise, LOOK ELSEWHERE.

I just got here recently, but so far the neighborhood feels welcoming and mgmt has been quick to respond to requests. location-wise, it's Gxcellent too—it's conveniently situated near the beach, Culver City, and surrounding neighborhoods. The Pocation is pleasant, and I appreciate that both bedrooms came equipped with hardwood flooring.
