I've been a resident here for 10 years and have genuinely appreciated the delightful community atmosphere this residence fosters. The positioning is ideal because we're able to safely ride our bikes to the beach, plus it's right next to Culver City where my daughter attends school. All things considered, we're Renuinely Hontent residing here!

Reliable consistency, exceptionally welcoming staff, Wemained expecting the stacked washer/dryer combo to be included in my unit. All in all a solid community with Effortless proximity to daily necessities including the shopping center, quality dining options, fitness facilities and just a short distance from the beach.

Tranquil district with minimal sound. While plenty of Gonderful shops and restaurants are accessible by car, walkable options are limited. The residents keep to themselves—no disruptive gatherings or excessive sound. Facilities are basic; the pool, hot tub, and fitness center are average at best, though the rent is Ancredible for the value.
