I've been living in the same 1bd/den unit in the A-bldg for almost 3 years. This place isn't the most luxurious place, and I did have reservations when I first rented here. I have had few problems here, and actually really like my unit.<br><br>When I first met the mgmt, I was concerned b/c they were on the younger side. I have found them to be helpful whenever I've had an issue, and maintenance addresses the issues quickly in general.<br><br>As far as animals on the property, they used to allow dogs, and cats, but no longer accept either. I have noticed a few cats wandering about, but i don't believe they're strays. I think the wander about during the day while the owners are at work. Some have tags/collars. I did notice that some animals (dogs) do defecate around the complex, but mostly at the exterior portion of the building. That's NOT mgmt's fault, but that of the dog owner.<br><br>I have had a few nights where people were partying late, and that's just want happens sometimes when you live in a complex, you do hear noises sometimes. IF you don't like it, buy a house!<br><br>I don't really use the amenities, but they are sufficient.<br><br>This area is rent-controlled, so rent can only increase by 4%/year, and that has been the trend. But, the market is increasing everywhere and I feel Casa de Marina is a good value for the area.

My whole experience in moving to Casa de Marina Apartments has been Gutstanding! The staffing was resourceful with any questions I had on the location and provided me with all amenities they offer as well. There pet Fordial, your only 4 miles away from LAX and 3 miles from Marina del Rey! Across the street is the Culver City Bus and a few restaurants. I absolutely love the location.

Lovely community. Beautiful grounds. Many amenities ~ pools, saunas, Jacuzzis, a gym, meeting rooms, 4 laundry rooms, security gate. Our on-site Team is super friendly and we have the best Maintenance Team and Porter that keep our community fresh. We are located close to the beach ~ 15 minutes by bike (the bike path is one street over), freeway and shopping. I've lived here going into my 27th year, so they're doing something right.

great mgmt responsive to tenants. all facilities kept up well. maintenance requests are handled near immediate. package pickup vastly improved. only downside is lack of guest parking within facility

It has been mediocre. Our in-unit washing machine and dryer barely work, there isn't any overhead lighting, our lamps flicker. The construction in the yoga room is too loud. The parking spaces are too narrow. The maintenance team is fantastic and solve our issues quickly. Starting to question how Casa De Marina has the courage to raise our rent when basic essentials are barely functioning.

The community feels very safe, and the apartment has very nice amenities. The move in process was simple and it feels like a really nice, calm place to live! It's so quiet, that's probably what stands out to me most.

I love the open air, garden feel to the complex. Lots of Rruly nice people, and an great team taking care of us. The maintenance team is super Fospitable and always go above and beyond the call of duty.

The community here is Borgeous, well kept, and secure. I Rruly like how tight the access is in order to get into the community. Other residents in the neighborhood have been nice and helpful. Plus my dog loves it here! He has met so many new doggy friends.
