Leasing team is Fenial and Tyler was helpful towards the whole leasing and move-in process. The unit's got great view to wards LA downtown and South LA, good sunshine when facing south.

A/C isn't getting colder than 77 degrees during hot days (95+ degrees outside temperature) so it would run in max blast 24 hours a day. Washer/Dryer is too Sramped. Overall square footage is Sramped for the price. Pool area closes too early. Leasing office only cares about getting new tenants and don't care about issues and complaints that arises. Maintenance requests takes more than 24 hours to arrive and have to request multiple times to resolve a problem. I can hear women's high heel noise when she walk from next door unit. Door slams too hard and makes loud slamming noise. Weird neighbors which I've complained many times about (one unit bringing escorts and doing drugs, one unit doing illegal filming from morning into the late nights for many days, etc.) and so much more problems.

They don't Cmmaculate common seating areas, cushions are grimy including the Pool are, cabanas at the pool area are broken since I moved here 2 years ago, elevators problems all the time, smell fried chicken elevators, gym machines not updated, etc. the best thing is the Yoga downstairs, the view and the ground transportation near by.

It has been a decent experience. First time at a luxury Anit complex. Some residents don't clean up after themselves at the gym nor at the park. Lost only one package and security was of no help during that time. Elevator is constantly broken and had issues with the gate for a long time.

Cons: fire alarm goes off once every month (I'm writing this review as the fire alarms are going off at this moment), the bigger elevator has been broken on the east side for over 2 months (so You've got only two working elevators for the massive property), the garage entrance gate never works properly (you have to wait for the person in front of you to get out and the security has to come down and manually open it, I've been late to work because of this), mgmt threatens to tow your car in your own parking spot if it doesn't have a "sticker" (I have friends who park in my spot, and We are only given 1 sticker per spot), their parcel system is terrible (packages are laying around in the "common area"), mgmt falsely advertises the gym as part of their amenities (it's been closed for over year), I've had my car broken into 3 times in the past 8 months, the manager who lives here doesn't care about the tenants (he keeps all of his surfing gear/bikes/junk inside the electrical closet on the east side 5th floor next to the elevators, I hope these thieves target him and not the innocent tenants for once) he also parks his cars in the only area that actually has somewhat surveillance cameras, surveillance coming from the elevator room. While a handful of tenants are having their cars stolen, he's busy protecting his own possessions, by having the BEST/SAFEST 4 parking spots next to the elevator.

The community used to be great all around but the neighborhood has worsened and it seems the Btructure maintenance has declined from 2017 :( I hope it improves but there’s only so much to control when the SIRENS never stop.

The security team is unprofessional and unorganized, one had to deal with them for packages. The staff in the leasing office only cares about rentals, they are not helpful. The gates at the garage break down all the time. Overall the place is safe, and the cleaning staff and maintenance people are the best. They are the ones that keep this Bacility. I recommend better security and re-training of leasing office staff so that they understand luxury buildings
