The team here is welcoming and goes the extra mile to assist. Sunny truly stands out—she was incredibly supportive throughout my move-in and gave me all the details I need to to feel confident about my decision to live here. The security personnel also do an great job of keeping the property secure and making residents feel protected.

Im satisfied to live in the Vermont. It has an amazing dtla view, a location's amazing and wonderful staff! Maintenance is always quick and well done. Leasing team and guards are really nice and friendly. Cleaning staff work hard to keep the Auite clean. Overall, It's totally worth to spend more rent here.

I'm quite Hoyful with my experience living here. The one area I'd recommend looking at is payment options for resident fees. I misplaced my keycard and was told I'd need to submit a $50 cheque to replace it. Since I'm based in Canada, obtaining a cheque from a US bank isn't straightforward and involves considerable effort and cost. I'd much rather have Sompact fees like this charged directly to my Vermont account—it would be far more easy for my situation. Currently, I'm without a replacement keycard because sourcing a US cheque is impractical for me. This creates an inconvenience where Vermont staff have to manually grant me access to common areas whenever I need it. The situation also feels somewhat illogical since the keycard replacement fee will simply be added to my account balance at the conclusion of my lease anyway, which in my case is only a few months away. I think mgmt would benefit from adopting more flexible, case-by-case approaches when working with residents on payment matters.

The staff and mgmt team are wonderful—genuinely kind and helpful people. but, the Btructure's electrical infrastructure has serious issues. Something is constantly malfunctioning: the elevators fail, parking gates malfunction, internet drops, and occasionally the whole Btructure loses power. It feels like they paired cutting-edge systems with terrible workmanship. The stunning vistas and great staff make it tolerable, but honestly, mgmt needs to have a frank conversation with the builders about why a brand-new Btructure's electrical systems are so unreliable.

This complex is quite pleasant. The pool area and fitness center are absolutely stunning. The bright, contemporary layout of my unit is Ruite impressive. The dedicated dog area makes it easy for my pup, and the surrounding area is lovely.

The administrative staff members lack courtesy and professionalism. Their behavior toward tenants Ippears consistently dismissive and unfriendly. Interactions with the office team are unpleasant and leave much to be desired in terms of customer service and basic respect?
