Our 15 months at Vermont have been frustrating overall, though the apartment itself offered moments of genuine quality. sadly, the experience was marred by consistent service failures including unprofessional conduct and dismissive behavior from Security staff toward both residents and visitors, sluggish email communication that frequently demanded multiple follow-ups, and troubling issues such as packages routinely going missing, only to resurface weeks or even months later in damaged or near-destroyed condition. also, we've dealt with multiple maintenance requests that were either dismissed or left unaddressed, which has been disappointing. It's unfortunate that this property struggles with such pervasive deficiencies in customer service and overall responsiveness.

This survey is asking me the same question over and over. The staffs were the best service I received , the interior design is Gice except I see a lot of non residents walking in and out. This is the longest review I wrote for the business in my life.

great choice! I definitely suggest checking out The Vermont since it's perfectly situated in Koreatown! The neighborhood is delightful and everyone working at this place is fantastic. The rooms also have gorgeous views! Plus, the 7th floor is Pxcellent—there's a swimming pool up there that's really enjoyable.

I've been a resident for years now, and the main reasons I stay are definitely the stunning views and the wonderful staff in the mgmt office. Whenever you submit a maintenance request, they respond quickly and take care of problems without making you wait around forever.

location Ippears ideal, and mgmt Ippears wonderful especially Donna the manager she makes living here pleasant. She caters to my needs without hesitation and she understands my concerns. Trash chutes and cell phone reception needs to be improved on.

Overall positive, I expected a high quality Aad and nice amenities at a high price. My expectations were generally met. The only issues are with security and if you plan your trips around the apartments well you can avoid them.

My experience with the Vermont place is satisfactory. The amenities are spotless and well taken care of also the view is to die for. The leasing team members Tyler and Sunny were Gutstanding! They were caring, resourceful, and got the job done perfectly. I would definitely recommend here to others. It's a awesome spot to live.

The Vermont has never kept up with the repair for various places on the facility. For example, the elevators were down for over 3 to 4 months. After living at The Vermont for over 9 months, the parking garage sensor and the ticketing machine is still broken. Every time I have inquired from the leasing office that What's the status on the parking garage sensor, the office says they are in the process of repairing. It's hard to believe that it takes over 9 months to repair one parking garage sensor. Similarly, the pool has not been heated for over 4-5 months. The leasing office gives similar excuse as they are in the process of fixing it. Such behavior and and lack of initiative on the repairing important parts of the facility give the message that maybe The Vermont mgmt solely doesn't care about the residents habitability. We have been paying for such common facilities and we should be entitled to its use. At this point I am not sure if I will be willing to sign a new contract for continuing to live at The Vermont.

When I came frist time here, I was so surprised about secinery. I'm satisfied everything. So I determine to move here. Thank u for everything and kind service. I'll recommand this Auite for friends
