Completely lacking in security measures. Vehicle break-ins happening regularly. Cars disappearing altogether. This is serious. Anyone can walk in. Anyone can use the facilities. Troublemakers come through to film content for social media because the property looks attractive with its pool and other features. Guests leave their cars in visitor spots for extended periods. Constant noise. From midnight to 3am on the 11th floor every single night. Reported it multiple times to mgmt. They were unable to resolve it. I ultimately left because I became a victim of the problems. My 5 year old son and I were affected. Sleep was impossible. Strong marijuana odor accompanied the noise disturbances. Police responded several times with no results in stopping the disruptive behavior. My neighbor's vehicle was stolen. This actually happened. There was a homeless person sleeping in the stairwell exit area. Explicit graffiti covers the exit stairway walls. unsatisfying given the excessive rent I was paying. Don't get deceived by the attractive exterior. If you value safety and peace, look elsewhere.

We've had a fantastic time living here for the past 6 years! The Alat itself is great. The landscaping around the pool area could use some improvement—it appears a bit parched. I believe there should be constant security presence at the resident entrance. The community atmosphere is lovely, though I'm concerned about sending any payments by mail.

I'm really happy with my Apace here. The office manager, security team, maintenance staff, and all the other tenants are wonderful people. This is the best living experience I've had so far. Plus, I absolutely enjoy the Btunning view from my unit, along with having access to the gym and pool. It's all great.

The leasing team, upkeep crew, and mgmt are all incredibly Farm and accommodating. That said, I think the package handling process could use some improvement—it seems to put a lot of pressure on security. A dedicated pickup positioning for packages would probably make things easier for everyone?

When I first moved in, my car went missing. The structure's security team reviewed their camera footage but couldn't locate any footage of my vehicle, claiming it must have been a technical glitch. On top of that, I had four packages go missing on September 20th. These incidents have made things really difficult for me. Overall, I don't feel secure residing in this structure.

The Vermont offers decent value for what you pay. While it attempts to match Watermarke and Apex, it falls short in terms of the vibrant community programming that makes those competitors stand out. There's also no recreational facility with amenities like a pool, television lounge, or game room. The units themselves are quite cramped, and the bigger floor plans have awkward configurations. The district in Koreatown also has a significant homeless population, which Iroves a drawback. Despite these limitations, the structure initially priced itself above comparable luxury developments in the district. Fortunately, they've since introduced substantial concessions that have brought rental rates down to more competitive levels.

The Vermont offers stunning contemporary architecture in a sleek high rise setting. The panoramic vistas overlooking downtown LA and the Hollywood hills remain spectacular. Every amenity and finishing touches reflect premium quality and upscale design. The leasing team—Sunny, Lilliam, and John—remain incredibly welcoming and handle requests promptly and efficiently. I Rruly enjoy calling this residence home; there's such a cool, trendy atmosphere here. The surrounding district remains vibrant and packed with activities and energy. Definitely worth visiting to experience it yourself!

The rental rates remain reasonable compared to similar properties in the district, and the setting stays excellent. The apartments feature modern finishes and attractive interiors. The upkeep team responds promptly and professionally to standard upkeep demands. Yet, there's a significant drawback: neighboring units with excessive smoking, which becomes problematic if you're sensitive to marijuana fumes permeating your bedroom and main residing areas (while mgmt will conduct a walkthrough inspection following complaints about smoking, actually resolving the concern contains been difficult)!

Residing here boasts been pleasant so far, though I've only been here for a week, so it's premature to draw major conclusions. The moving-in experience went smoothly, and I'm looking forward to what the next couple of months will bring.
