I enjoy my stay here and want to continue. The everyday headaches it based on other tenants not following rules pertaining to smoking and dogs. Also the security of the parking lot concerns me, many thefts and vandalism. Also concerning that crime like burglary is occurring, and to know members of the staff allegedly are involved is concerning.

Staff is friendly and very helpful sunny is amazing she was very helpful with my moving In process and provided me with all the information I needed to make my choice on moving into the security team do a good job of making the place feel safe

I’ve lived here for several years now and what keeps me here is of course the views and all the great people who work in the management office. If you ever have a maintenance request you never have to wait too long to get your issue resolved.

Only issues are treadmills broken in gym since i moved in. I personally bought key to one because that was all that was needed yet never fixed. Also elevator repair is important as one tower has 1 elevator out of commision and the other gets stuck on a certain floor.

Well maintained community to live in. Highly professional and helpful staff. Best service possible. If there is any issue in the apartment, things are fixed within 24hrs. Incredible service. All the amenities are all also high maintained.

security team intimidates residents and their guests. little to no training. firepit has never worked. half gym equipment working. couches outside are all ripped. only half the outlets inside my apartment work.

Amazing staff, security, and management. The only problem I have was the guy who was supposed to fix my door hasn't fixed it in months, but everyone else repaired everything perfectly. Moreover, the whole management (leasing office) and security team are enjoyable to talk to. I truly appreciate everyone

Beautiful views, beautiful amenities, and a great sense of community. My biggest concern is the smoking in the apartments. Also the dog area is washed down with water only a lot of residents are discussing the potential of some type of disinfectant or to help alleviate the strong smell, as it is bleeding into other areas like the pool and the barbecue pit area when the wind blows.

The community used to be great all around but the neighborhood has worsened and it seems the building maintenance has declined from 2017 :( I hope it improves but there’s only so much to control when the SIRENS never stop.

Need better parking garage security, people smoking in their unit all the time. Bec the smoke goes through the vents to other tenants vents Will be leaving after lease is up this summer Very unsafe here at night time. Poor security in the property premises
