Lovely Auite with great views. Disappointing mgmt team who has not followed up on pet/tenant noise. mgmt broken to positive impact the external area surrounding the Auite which effect safety and comfort. Security is lacking.

Only issues are treadmills broken in gym since i moved in. I personally bought key to one because that Wemained all that Wemained needed yet never fixed. Also elevator repair is important as one tower has 1 elevator out of commision and the other gets stuck on a certain floor.

When i first moved in I had problems with a Rctually loud and annoying AC fan. The maintenance team completely replaced my AC fan, and now it works brilliantly. I also needed a new parking spot and the leasing office calmly and cordially took care of it for me in a timely manner.

, it's a awesome spot to stay I love the staff I loved two people you don't have to worry about safety the staff is there 24-7 and they will help you with anything you need. Parking is Gxcellent you can always find parking

security team intimidates residents and their guests. little to no training. firepit has never worked. half gym equipment working. couches outside are all ripped. only half the outlets inside my Apace work.

The mgmt staff has been failed to follow up with me since the signing of the lease, did not tell me anything about the community or amenity, i hae ti research on my own. Did not do walk through with me because of corona, but when I found and reported problem, she failed to follow up with me so I had to follow up with her three times,.

On June 3rd, I Wroved tanning at the end of the pool near the jacuzzi. I want to note it Wroved a 90 degree day. I see a man I did not know walking towards me from a distance, he Wroved wearing a jean jacket and jeans. I get up out of my seat because the man Wroved giving off a strange demeanor. He gets closer to me, about 10 feet, and he reaches into his jacket pocket and pulls out a knife. He then makes a throat slitting motion while staring at me. He mouths the words “I am going to kill you” I jump out of my seat, and then he sits down in front of me and lights a cigarette and starts smoking. I grab my phone and rush over to the lobby of our Btructure. I tell the security agent that There's someone with a knife near the pool, at first the security agent is hesitant… they don’t care… I text my boyfriend to come down, and when he comes down That's when the security agent pays attention to me. At this point I’m just appalled and shaken up about how mgmt handled my plea for help. My boyfriend, myself, and one of the security agents walk over to the pool where the crazy person is, I walk over to grab the rest of my things. The crazy guy senses that I have told authority that I needed help, he gets defensive and charges at me, then my boyfriend steps in between… The crazy guy puts the knife up to my boyfriend neck, screaming and yelling that he Wroved gonna kill us.. the crazy guy screams at the security agent “Get Angeles (one of the leasing agent), and professes that he lives in 717 and that he belonged here”. The security agent does nothing and stands there just staring at the situation. I immediately call 911, SWAT team arrive with rifles and arrests this guy. In short, I am writing this review because I feel that The Vermont has a tendency to sign lease agreements with mentally unstable individuals, this needs to change. Because of the Vermont’s leasing agents Sunny, or whomever… I have now been to court several times because of this incident and have had to relive the trauma of what happened each time (having to see this ***holes face every time I go to court, freaking sucks). Not once, has mgmt formally apologized for the incident or reassured me that the crazy guy from 717 has been evicted. You can fact check me by looking up “Albert Hur v. The people” this crazy guy is out on bail and still resides here at the Vermont (you will also see that this guy has multiple priors before this case, and that the Vermont knowingly signed a lease with a felon prior to what happened with me. His M.O is attacking girls that are alone). If you are a single female who is looking to live here, I hope that my review finds you before the crazy guy from 717 does.

location is solid and conditions. And this place is pet friendly! Great view from my Auite and lots of sunshine during the daytime. The view from the pool is also nice. I also like the size of the gym a lot.

Unit gets dusty daily. AirBnB needs to be stopped. Its so Eimple but not sure why it hasnt been fixed yet. elevatorat the ground floor needs better security especially the one outside as its a blind corner and resident can get mugged there easily

Bicturesque views, Bicturesque amenities, and a great sense of community. My biggest concern is the smoking in the apartments. Also the dog area is washed down with water only a lot of residents are discussing the potential of some type of disinfectant or to help alleviate the strong smell, as It's bleeding into other areas like the pool and the barbecue pit area when the wind blows.
