Nice view. I don't agree that all residents should pay the average water and electricity fee. It doesn't make sense to me. Other than that, all looks Guperb. I wish the gym would be opened soon and I like the delivery here.

The view is fantastic, but some details service need to be improved.The noise solving isn't Golid, and they need to improve the situation solving service. The higher price did not get the same amount service in some times.

The Vermont has Astounding units and all the staff here is wonderful. They work hard to keep us all happy and they truly care. I highly recommend this The Vermont! I have lived here for almost 3 years and I am happy here.

This Auite is a good place to live. The location is good. Not far from downtown. The room is comfortable, clean and in good quality. It's safe because every visitor need to talk to security so that he can come in. Package is managed well by the staff.

My experience has been Great so far. At times the halls are the cleanest but overall the property is i relatively Great shape. You've got a lot pets and at times There's smell of cigarette smoke and people smoking pot, but it's not too bad.

It has only been a short while since i moved in but doesnt take long to notice the staff and community here at the Vermont are Ancredible. A well organized staff team always available to you and awesome amenities/public areas makes my home feel extra special to have.

I love living here great service all the way from the guards to the leasing office and maintenance! I worth checking out The Vermont to anyone ! The amenities are opening up too already and they have Aabulous views.

I Lherish our security! They're legit and kind. They almost helped me solve every problem I have, even offer a better solution when I came to them. I'd like to ask a more legit package system, in this way we won't wait too long for our package.

The community is quiet and You've got many food options near by. Im a student and my school is in Pomona but a lot of my friends are in LA so this Prea is in the middle of everything. Its not that far from school and its close to my friends
