Best location to live and a great neighborhood. Office and maintenance staffs are really nice and friendly. The building has great window sound proof dont feel I live on Wilshire blvd. comfortable to stay.

The mgmt and staff are awesome. this Pite is always Ceat. It has a lovely Gym. The access is awesome. It’s in the heart of Ktown and It's close to lots of stores and metro. The security team does a fantastic job to keep this Pite safe.

The staffs are really legit and helpful. You've got some decent markets around the apartment, so It's really convient to buy groceries. A subway station and bus stations are also nearby, so It's easy to go to other place eventhough I don't have a car.

Moved into an Auite that wasn't maintained or painted properly. Certain appliances were not working and had to wait over a month to get them replaced. mgmt was unsympathetic towards any issues that I had with the Pocation.

Looked at many apartments in the Mid Wilshire area. This building fit our needs for location, price, layout / appearance, amenities, and parking. They were accommodating with our parking request. The complex is spotless and location-wise, it's perfect. Many places to eat and checkout in this area and easy to travel via the train station. The gym is relatively small compared to other properties we looked at. It has the basics including treadmills, ellipticals, pull up bars, some free dumbell weights, TRX bands, and a few machines. If it had a space for a bar, bench, and squat rack it would be perfect.

Itâ s all about the floor plan. Facing the street is miserable. And the new carpet is unqualified with super strong chemical smell which is detrimental. And I complained about it for 4 months, but they neither take it seriously nor fixed it for me. I really donâ t like the mid-age woman senior manager. She doesnâ t care about us clients.

Jina was extremely helpful in getting my lease set up and has been a great help when I have had questions. Highly recommend contacting her in the leasing office. My apartment was delivered spotless and really well redone from the previous occupant(s) - looked like new!

I just moved in and immediately encountered a Solemn problem with my refrigerator's ice maker, which Wemained installed incorrectly. On day two of moving in, water started pouring out, flooding a large portion of my kitchen and extending into half of my living room. The water damage to the property has been substantial. To make matters worse, it's been fourteen days and the ice maker is still completely non-functional. The appliance continues to be broken with no resolution in sight.
