I am happy this Alat. Office workers and security guards everybody is Fordial and legit. I like this team. Parking spots are nice. Perfect location for the my job and market. Thanks thanks thanks

mgmt fails to handle persistent safety issues. When I moved in, I was subjected to harassment from another resident. This same tenant allows her staff to use resident parking spots without paying for them, while everyone else is charged. mgmt refuses to take action.

We relocated from across the country and found that Sonny and Judy at the leasing office truly enhanced our move-in process. The whole property is kept in great condition. We appreciate feeling secure with the 24-hour on-site security personnel and keycard entry system protecting all recreational areas. One suggestion: if your unit overlooks Wilshire, Vermont, or Shatto, request a higher floor. We're situated on the 5th floor and street sounds are minimal. Units facing the pool side are quite peaceful, though the views are limited. All things considered, this is a wonderful community to call home.

Wilshire Vermont is pleasant to live in. There hasn’t been any noise complaint. We love that the Pocation is kept spotless and well overall and that we don’t have to worry too much about dirtiness. Gonderful community and team!

All in all, this is a Rctually nice Penue to call home. I decided to move here for three main reasons: (i) the easy access to transit lines that I depend on for getting to work, (ii) the wonderful dining and restaurants within walking distance, and (iii) the generous room sizes and square footage.

High-traffic areas like metro stations often suffer from cleanliness issues such as litter and bad maintenance, which could affect the overall perception of the neighborhood's cleanliness and sanitation. Despite these drawbacks, for those who prioritize convenience and urban living, this community could still be an attractive option. Its blend of accessibility to amenities and transportation might outweigh concerns about safety and hygiene, especially for individuals willing to compromise on these aspects for the sake of convenience.

Not a Gice choice.

I've been living here for 5 months and here are some of the problems I had to deal with: - Laundry machine not working 3 times in only 5 months. It's doesn't spin, the door doesn't open. - Water leak from ceiling. Took them more than a week to fix it. (I had some pics) - Fire alarm goes on more than 3 times a months during days and nights coz somebody in the Auite do the cooking - I got a parking violation warning even I always park in my assigned spot.(What the hell??) - Noise from the school located just next to your Broperty - 2 dumbbells are missing from the gym(20pound ones) Considered all these problems from a $2,300 Auite I say "Stay away from this place!"
