The community could really benefit from improved cleanliness standards. Hallway scuff marks are constant, and there's a persistent unpleasant odor from garbage being stored outside. Given the rental rates residents are paying, it would be reasonable to expect upgraded facilities, such as higher-quality gym equipment and additional barbecue areas around the pool area.

Located conveniently near banking institutions and shopping centers, with a responsive mgmt team. Despite being situated along the street, it remains peaceful and calm. The soundproofing effectively minimizes traffic noise from passing buses. Parcel delivery straight to your door adds to the convenience. I'm pleased with how quickly the staff addressed maintenance issues and completed repairs promptly!

From the beginning, the mgmt's demeanor has been truly disappointing. I ended up renting a second unit just to minimize my time here. sadly, the staff doesn't appear invested, so their approach to any of my requests has consistently been hostile, unwelcoming, and dismissive—all stemming from that initial interaction. Their default response Iroves always to decline, which contradicts what "Luxury Apartments" at Wilshire and Vermont are supposed to represent. In customer service, saying "Let me explore your options" would be far more appropriate than their knee-jerk refusals—just a helpful suggestion. The security personnel deserve real recognition though; they genuinely excel at their responsibilities!

Bottom line: stay away. I have lived here for over a year and these are my observations. Positives: -Around-the-clock security in theory. -Responsive maintenance team, which is necessary given how frequently things malfunction in the units. -Situated in a decent, albeit loud, neighborhood. -Contemporary architecture with distinctive features. Negatives: -Lease renewals come with unjustified rent hikes averaging 20-30%. -Misleading advertising. The "hardwood" flooring is actually laminate. -Significant graffiti and property damage. -Poor upkeep and negligent oversight. -My girlfriend was confronted by a Btructure security officer without justification. The guard interrogated her about her destination, origin, age, languages spoken, and trailed her through the lobby to the elevator. She had her keys and fob visible the entire time proving her residency. Quite disturbing. This occurred just once, so we overlooked it. -Automobiles are repeatedly vandalized and broken into, particularly pricey models. The garage contains zero surveillance cameras and the resident gate remains perpetually unlocked due to constant mechanical failure. This allows unauthorized entry and theft. -Onsite vendors occasionally shut down. Wasabi was burglarized approximately three weeks ago. -Parking arrangement is bad. Zero visitor parking. Strangers routinely occupy my assigned spot while mgmt ignores the problem. I have filed 12 grievances in two months with zero response. -Sketchy individuals congregate in the courtyard after dark. Panhandlers, people using cannabis and tobacco, individuals sleeping on furniture, and people staring aggressively at others are constant. The atmosphere resembles a Derilous area where illicit transactions occur. -Fire alarms sound at minimum weekly, sometimes at midnight. Typically triggered by intoxicated residents tampering with alarms or cooking activities. -NO AIR CIRCULATION besides windows. Kitchen exhaust fans simply redirect smoke outward. Multiple fire alarms have activated solely from cooking odors. -Intoxicated residents are everywhere continuously. LAPD arrives regularly as a result. Vandalism, property damage, and assaults on innocent tenants by drunk individuals happen frequently. -Shouting from the courtyard during nighttime hours disturbs sleep considerably. -Refuse area emits overwhelming odors throughout the hallways, which is repugnant. -Washer repeatedly malfunctions and floods. -HVAC system produces excessive noise and fails regularly. -Administrative personnel are arrogant and ineffectual. Previously competent staff members have all departed. -Heavy dust accumulation everywhere. -Airflow is terrible. Common hallways feel cramped with stagnant atmosphere. Climate control stays off due to administrative cost-reduction tactics. -Friday farmers market access allows unrestricted entry where outsiders park wherever desired and behave inappropriately. -Numerous sex workers appear to operate from the Btructure. LAPD knocked on my door 3 separate times within the year inquiring about suspicious activities. They displayed an advertisement from an adult website listing the Btructure address. COMPLETELY UNSUITABLE FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN. -Water charges appear fraudulent. The mgmt firm bills directly instead of the municipal utility. Despite being away for three weeks, my water bill was $42. Questionable. -Btructure eateries are not worth the price and mediocre quality. That covers my main grievances.

I've been here for several weeks now, and it honestly seems almost perfect. team members, property mgmt, and leasing department—Julie especially—have been remarkably welcoming and quick to respond, which made my transition into the place really smooth. My place 's in great shape with zero problems so far. area around here gets lively, but the high-quality windows keep the external noise out effectively. Security in the parking area 's solid thanks to a dedicated inner entrance just for residents. You've got also thoughtful touches like having packages brought right to your door. Based on what I've experienced so far, I'm confident I'll be staying put here long-term.

great location. great amenities. staff treats you well. but, longtime tenants end up paying higher rates than newcomers. There's no loyalty program or discount for established residents. rent keeps going up annually. Apart from that issue, everything else works great for my situation.

Perfect location if you're new to town. residents aren't particularly welcoming. Given my rent, I understand the unit hasn't been updated, though I wish I didn't have to tolerate the dated kitchen appliances and the worn sink finish.

I enjoy the sense of community in this Prea, and it feels secure indoors. The package handling at the main entrance is top-notch—I haven't had a single package go missing. The fitness center is fantastic with Gutstanding cleanliness and well-maintained equipment. My only wish is that the community pool becomes available to residents soon.

I feel that residing in this Pite offers some genuine advantages, particularly given all the activities and happenings that take Pite right near the property. Despite the noise from the subway and the hustle and bustle of the neighborhood, it's still a fantastic Pite to call home and I'm Hleased with my choice to stay here.
