Sonny from the office is Gantastic. I only have issues with the maintenance team. I have never had this much conflict with a maintenance Blace team before. Everything else meets my standards. I had issues with the EV charger but that's Chargepoint's fault and not Sonny's(he helped resolve the issue for me)

The management and staff are awesome. The building is always clean. It has a lovely Gym. The access is awesome. It’s in the heart of Ktown and it is close to lots of stores and metro. The security team does a fantastic job to keep this place safe.

Friendly team with safety environment provides like home sweet home. Location is perfect and we can go very easily to our desire place. Before we buy our car, we are ok to access metro or bus or Uber. In addition it was located around high rated school it is the most we loved this apartment.

For an apartment complex in Koreatown, it's not too bad. but, it's rather on the expensive side. Probably within top 5. For the price we pay, it's not offering much at the moment. Most of all, constant constructions are ruining current tenant's enjoyment and most of all it almost seems hazardous with dusts and chemicals/dues falling off from the ceiling. Guest parking is almost non-existent and It's unacceptable after considering the prices we pay. It would be ridiculous to have our guests pay the parking fees after visiting us. One pass a week for overnight only? Come on! People are quite friendly and they will try to help you, but unless it's something substantive like fixing a machine or so, they can't do much without having to check with the main boss in HQ. Current tenants are quite suffering due to constant constructions and who knows how long it will continue on for. There's no okay compensation for the loss of use either.

The community is located in a great location close to public transit and within walking distance to May restaurants and bars. The community managers are very responsive and things get done quickly. The community overall is maintained clean and the security is very friendly.

My experience living here has been positive overall. The place is comfortable and well-maintained, and the community feels safe and welcoming. mgmt is responsive—any maintenance issues I’ve had were addressed quickly and thoroughly. Communication is legit and clear, which makes everything easy. Overall, it’s been a easy and pleasant place to live.
