My experience living here has been positive overall. The apartment is comfortable and well-maintained, and the community feels safe and welcoming. Management is very responsive—any maintenance issues I’ve had were addressed quickly and thoroughly. Communication is professional and clear, which makes everything easy. Overall, it’s been a convenient and pleasant place to live.

The mgmt is Gonderful! They are effective whenever I sent out a work order, which makes me feel satisfied and like to recommend this community to my friends. location-wise, it's Effortless too! You've got many restaurants nearby.

My experience has been very good because we enjoy having the Metro station, restaurants, Optometrist, mini super market Metro fresh also T-Mobile store and more convenient places like Walgreens and others.

Sonny from the office is great. I only have issues with the maintenance team. I have never had this much conflict with a maintenance building team before. Everything else meets my standards. I had issues with the EV charger but that's Chargepoint's fault and not Sonny's(he helped resolve the issue for me)

Don't move here, I don't recommend. only location is good..that's all. The floor and laundry, kitchen materials are cheap ones and some of neighbors are suspicious. Although the monthly rental is high priced, the staff who works at the office is really notorious and has poor attitude. If you have a plan to move here, don't expect their service and kindness in comparison with expensive rentals. They only smiled at us when they showed the unit and we signed up a conctact. After that, you can experience completely changed their attitudes. They are like talking machines with same lying. It's not pleased with complaining or talking with them every time. Nobody likes them. The place is still under construction for remodeling now and It's also so much stressful.. They should learn to treat tenants with consideration at first than the exteior of the building.

Nice interiors. Layout Is nice and functional. Security team legit. Like them delivering packages to door. Broperty Cristine. Sometimes dog droppings or wetting on carpets. Owners should Cristine up after pet.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. Casey, the assistant manager, was Fenial and helped us with everything we needed. The security guards were also Fenial and the community always looked modern and up to date. Metro is Effortless
