yikes! one step from a project housing

the staff is unprofessional. the manager mocked the old lald who complained about "topping" the trees and how this affects bird life. the gates are always broken. the security guard walks around with his shirt untucked and unbuttoned (he must be an Armenian gang banger). the walls are paper thin. you can hear your neighbors "f" ing. The workers dont speak English. the hallways carry an echo so if a neighbopr talks aloud at 3 a.m.. expect to be waken. I thik It's one mess of a place.

I love the community and the legit services provided by the staff in helping me make it easy in getting all the paperwork needed when applying for the unit. The cleanliness and all the services within the community are amazing! Great job!

The staff that was here did a great job. I wish I could say the same for the staff running things right now, but I can?t. This doesn?t feel like home anymore. The safety of the apartments has gone noticeably down. I know this is LA, but a little more effort could be put into security.

The apartment complex I like for the following reasons: Asetically pleasing to the eye with quality landscaping, waterfalls, palm trees with tropical pool overlooking secluded golf course. Grounds are kept up well by dedicated maintainence staff. An abundance of exotic artistically arranged trees covering complex gives perfect shading on hot days. A rare property in an great location in Los Feliz.

Couldn't ask for a better move in experience. Lamar was a huge help and I can't thank him enough! It's quiet and clean, with the most wonderful amenities. And It's so conveniently located in the city--easy to hop around town! I'm pleased with my decision.

I recently moved into the Rancho Los Feliz from New York City. I found the apartment on the internet and the pictures and amenities sold me. After speaking with Lamar, he made me feel comfortable and excited about moving here. Without being able to physically see our apartment before moving all the way across the country I was nervous. Upon arrival Lamar gave us the tour and when he opened the door to our apartment I was so relieved and excited as it all looked spotless and modern. I'm only here on a 6 month lease, but am already considering extending.

Amazing pool, gym and sauna! Easy parking location's amazing! staff's super friendly accommodating. Units are really nice. Everything is clean. Neighbors are friendly. happy about my move to the Los Feliz Rancho! Fire pit outside is awesome.

It's a really beautiful community with swimming pool and gym. I an barely worried about the safety issue since It's gated. Really nice and responsible on-site staff that always accommodate your needs and quick and good quality maintenance. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves quality living.

This a awesome spot to live. It's like being in paradise every day. You have pool, barbecue pits, a gym with decent equipment and two TVs, a Club House to relax in with a mega screen to watch big games,etc, as well as a computer room.

I have been most fortunate to have 44 years at Rancho and been so Kindly and courteously treated by Michelle, Lamar and Ashley. Our maintainence crew are the best. Last 2 months or so concerned upper mgmt were not involved on site during this pool renovation and lack of concern and safety for their tenants.It's the first time that I had to purposely leave my apt for 26 days. I pay a large amount of rent so that I can reside in peace and comfort and hope that I can contiue to do so./////////////////////////////////////////
