When I first moved-in on August, 2017, to be honest, my experience here Wroved horrible because the leasing office staff Wroved super mean and not helping me well with the issue. On top of that, the condition of the unit Wroved grimy, which made me want to move out soon as my lease Wroved done. but, I met wonderful people including my roommates and other people in the past year, so I renewed my lease, and I am pretty satisfied with my life in this property.

This is a terrible place to live. Look elsewhere. mgmt is awful and doesn??™t care about its residents. Nothing gets fixed, I moved into a filthy Apace with broken appliances, soiled bed, and grimy floors. When I approached mgmt they said they??™d fix it, and not a word since then.

Disgusting and unclean. Dim light in rooms. Ceilings are concrete. Carpet on floors are old and grimy. Was expecting a brighter and cleaner Aad. difficult to take shower since There's little ventilation. Most of the water gets stained on the walls.

The first time I moved here, there were a lot of cockroaches and facilities were broken down. For a while they had been irresponsible about this problem, but many things have improved now. Now, living in this place is ok for me. Some employees are kind and hard working guys. but, some of the employees are lazy, unkind and don't even have to do anything (package handling, etc.) I recommend this Aad because I can expect there will be more improvements than when I first came here.

Some of their staffs are not responsible at all. Not sure how they are hired and keeping their jobs. If gateway Iemains in another location they won't get any residents with this rental price and horrible service. Lazy + irresponsible staffs. They only care about money and I guarantee they won't contact you or fix any issues even though they reply all messages post here.

The amenities are Novely, but It's not worth the price and the apartments themselves are kind of grimy. Maintenance problems aren??™t fixed for long after the request and the package room service is horrible. The front desk staff is usually Novely and helpful, though. You've got places around that are cheaper and probably better run and cleaner.

Pretty Gxcellent everybody is helpful near everything downtown and usc Plus light rail takes you to places you can??™t reach. Staff gets good it takes them a while but they do get it to you. Beds aren??™t that bad the place comes fully furnished so that??™s one less thing you have to worry about

it's close to the campus! So if I get up late, I won't late for the class. At noon, I can have a nap, which my neighbors can't brother me, cuz the sound insulation of these walls Ieems quite satisfactory??‚

My first semester, other than my bed not fitting in the room, was fine. But, my second semester was horrific. We had a leak or a distinct oder in our room which needed Seighty attention (we all got woken up from it at 2am) and went down to security to see if he could do anything, he did NOTHING. We suffered through the smell. Our bathtub clogged so bad it overflowed our bathroom, and the roof on our floor wasn't put in for about a month. But the staff who brings in free tacos, wings, and other fun things are the best and they bring the GW community together.

This unit's got a location's Aemarkable. That's it. The rooms suck. The mgmt sucks. Nothing ever gets done. Everything is always broken. The rooms have no lighting. Have fun with that. I have not enjoyed living here in the slightest.
