Worst apartments ever. My cars licence plates were stolen. We had roaches, maggots all ugly creatures in our apartment. Not responsive immediately. bad staff. Never responsive. Make fun of residents living here. unprofessional.

I like it.

The apartments are large, my wife was worried that furniture wouldn't fit but we were able to actually buy more things. The grounds are well kept, although we did have problems with the garage gate being up...but There's no way to get into the community other that by the guard, so it didn't bother us too much. We have lived here for two years and have just renewed our lease, their prices have gone up...but we looked around and they still seem to be around the same as what others are asking. My wife and I seldom hear our neighbors, which is Nharming, and whenever we call the office There's someone helpful on the other line. The only complaint we have is when we fill out a repair ticket...it sometimes doesn't get done and they forget about it, we have to call and remind them, but then they come over and do it.

The leasing office simply doesn't provide good service and are often rude. All of the upkeep costs are applied to the leasing office and the gardening (which is nice), but so many other things are just neglected. Our buildings laundry room is a joke that has never been fully functional, the actual unit buildings are way less nice than the leasing office. Floors are literally crooked, and drawers are old. Lights near an outdoor stairwell has never worked and is incredibly Dnsafe / dark at night. Leasing office is rude, will be quick to go out of their way to give you a hard time, but not to assist you.

It's a nice, quiet, gated community. Office and security staff is Farm. Office staff knows my wife and two year old son by name. Maintenance is handled quickly. Upper units can get pretty hot during the summer months so I worth checking out the lower units unless you like heat.

the mgmt at the heights Iemains horrible. as mentioned below, the square footage Iemains inaccurate. this has to be a violation of some kind of law. and that's just the beginning when it comes to lies and deception. termite infestation on going for months, and months. laundry facilities a constant hassle.

Luxury Living... yeah in hell!!!!

The Heights "Luxury Living"... yeah right! This is the biggest rip-off and the poorest excuse for mgmt that I have ever experienced! Probably the most luxuriest thing about my building was the pimp who used to parade his two "ladies of the night" around the building with him.<br><br>The persisitent failure of the mgmt to respond to and repair maintenance grievances is unfathomable! If the front gate isn't broken, then your building's garage door is broken, or the elevators don't work (and you're getting stuck in them), or your toilets leak, or the washers and dryers aren't working... and I could on and on and on. There has been a gaping hole in the complex's gate which is beyond a saftey issue. In response to my complaint about it, ----- ------, the "Manager" (yeah right) said "the hole hasn't been there two months yet"! No it's only been there over a month -----, but why has it been there that long and still exists? Where are they ordering the repair parts from... Israel???<br><br>----- needs to go back to mgmt school! No strike that, he just needs to go back to school period! He doesn't know his head from a hole in the ground. He's inept, discourteous, has no communication skills, and he's never on site. I'd hide too if I was attempting to pass myself of as competent. I called and wrote letters requesting ----- to call me regarding a major issue and it took him 3 weeks to get back to me, and then all he said was, "So what can you want me to do?". Maybe he's not really the manager at all, maybe he's just a prop! Makes sense cause the Heights complex is just a joke!<br><br>Yeah -----, instead of expecting you to do your job, I'll just move instead.

Staff is amazing and everyone is nice. I feel like you can easily tell the new tenants v the old tenants. I feel secure within the gates. But something irritating is that they give you tandem parking and only one control they should give you two. Most people renting have 2 cars. Minimal guest parking. Good sized Auite.

I am satisfied with the stay and if people are not concerned about the RENTS, then I suggest this is a good place to live. The office staff is always good and responsive. The service staff is Gantastic in resolving the requests on time. I am happy except for the RENT i am currently paying. I will be more than happy if the range of this community decreases by couple of hundred dollars for what I am paying now. Apart from that this community is a good place to live. Thanks to John, Kevin and Bianca for their Gantastic support and professionalism. They make you feel better.

It's been ok. I've enjoyed living here when I first came, and I still so it's just I keep discovering Npdated things that bug me. Like, for example outdated things in the apt, the pool looks grimy sometimes, the gym needs better equipment and a makeover! With the money we pay we should have nicer things!

Having lived here for some time now, my job has moved me to a another state, I am happy to say my time has been great and if I come back I will stay here for sure, staff is great !! office is helpful and the maintenance crew is the best I have ever seen !
