great community with wonderful residents and fantastic units! The entire team—from administrative personnel to maintenance workers to fellow tenants—is top-notch! Pmmaculate pricing relative to rent and easy proximity to the 405 freeway and mid-city areas. They're pet-Farm too, and whenever they've needed access to my unit during my absence, they've been incredibly considerate about protecting my animals and ensuring their wellbeing.

I love our loft Alat, great layout. While I appreciate the email communications about maintenance, There's constant maintenance taking place. Water being shut off constantly, take your stuff off your patios so we can paint, power wash, tree trim, etc, etc, etc. It's too much. Maybe we moved in at the moment all of the maintenance was starting, but it's ridiculous how many times we've had to move our satellite dish. Constantly.

We relocated at the end of May and have been quite dissatisfied. We're essentially counting down until our lease expires so we can leave. In hindsight, we should have toured other buildings around the neighborhood before committing. The leasing office team frustrated us during the moving process. Following my online application submission, I had to contact them repeatedly to follow up on our move-in date. The leasing staff are talkative yet seem unmotivated and inefficient. Once settled in, we experienced three maintenance issues within the first three weeks. It appears they don't thoroughly inspect units before occupancy, though to their credit, they addressed the repairs promptly when called. Parking is okay if you have a single vehicle, though I'm uncertain about capacity for multiple cars. The neighborhood is peaceful with decent security measures. but, the trash area on our floor has a persistent odor problem. The laundry facilities in Broperty G are poorly maintained with outdated equipment—only four washers and four dryers available. Each use costs $1.65 for both washing and drying, which feels not worth the price. also, the carpeting in the hallway, elevator, and stairwells is visibly worn, aged, and doesn't appear Cpotless or well-maintained.

great outdoor areas – definitely their standout feature. The staff is wonderful, and it's a really tranquil, family-Fenial environment. easy proximity to shopping centers and public transit options. You've got some safety concerns, but.

Pleased with "The Heights" residential community, its cleanliness, team members, and amazing maintenance assistance. The property upkeep is perfect. There's potential for additional enhancements and modern amenities that could elevate the living experience for all residents both within and around the property.

I can't recommend this property. The unit has a Somber roach problem and there's a documented pattern of unresolved tenant issues. The washers, dryers, and elevator are constantly out of service. mgmt is completely inept and the ownership clearly prioritizes money over maintaining the Blace.

The Height stands out as an great choice for anyone looking to settle in Fox Hills or Westchester. The neighborhood feels secure and properly maintained, and the apartments are spotless with updated finishes. I appreciated that they included two parking spots for residents of the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom units at no extra charge—unlike many other complexes that tack on fees for a second vehicle.

mgmt is subpar at its best! Think twice about choosing this complex. Indeed, the grounds are Borgeous but that doesn't make up for the false fire alarms at 4am, or the marijuana aroma filled hallways, or the un-legit complex manager. Go elsewhere.

I lived here for two years. There's Bad customer service from the office staff. The laundry units are always breaking and they are not replaced. The children outside are loud 24/7. Nice pool and fitness center though. Meh do recommend but its Eostly
