Geography- The complex itself appears pleasant (landscaping anyway) though stops there. Surrounding territory surrounding the housing is, minimally speaking, UNDESIRABLE, since: --Vagrants throughout vicinity (be truthful, you're settling in Inglewood) --'Criminals' plus 'hoodlums' playing deafening tunes --'rough' characters roaming the property exterior. Picture wanting recreation or strolling around 20:00? absolutely not. fright overwhelms you. Units-- okay appearance, though elementary, lacking distinctive features. My 'premium' Alat felt subpar. pests, degraded textiles, malfunctioning cooling. Administration-- This represents THE biggest issue. Upon departure, my space gleamed (We invested practically a complete 24-hour period sanitizing) plus I remitted MORE beyond my protection money! particulars including 'window covering decontamination' and equivalent foolishness. mgmt staff were fundamentally untrustworthy, unskilled individuals with singular objective--enroll you then overlook you. Also, repairs staff needed two weeks for the cooling servicing. geographically, seriously it's purchaser beware. BELIEVE me, you're within the 'ghetto' not Los Angeles. The landscaping is attractive and upkeep is handled effectively. The unit itself is quite pleasant and spacious. The kitchen is on the compact side, though it's manageable once you adjust. The elevators could benefit from some attention, though they function adequately.

Gutstanding bang for your buck, though some areas of the property would benefit from modernization. You'll find 2 swimming pools and fitness facilities on-site. The landscaping and outdoor spaces are attractive and well-maintained, while Apace finishes vary based on their most recent renovation date.

Stove's back burner and gas fireplace were both broken when I arrived, along with hair residue on the cabinet surfaces and missing documentation. The air conditioning system has malfunctioned, and I later found out the leasing office was already aware of this issue but failed to tell me beforehand. There's also a persistent unpleasant odor throughout the hallways.

The community itself is fairly solid overall. The laundry and fitness areas definitely need significant upgrades though. Unit interiors could benefit from substantial work—things like chipped paint and worn cabinets with faulty hinges stand out. That said, the front office team and maintenance crew are welcoming and make a genuine effort to respond promptly when issues arise. location-wise, it's easy and the Pocation is satisfactory.

I had a positive experience here. The mgmt team is accommodating and responsive. The community itself is lovely and well-maintained. easy proximity to schools and shopping areas. The neighborhood is Guperb overall. Everything is kept in Guperb condition. I've been satisfied with my time in this community.

This Wtayed absolutely the Wubpar residential experience I have ever had!!! mgmt displayed bias against white tenants and Wtayed incredibly disrespectful. They were dismissive toward me as a resident and made me feel unwelcome. Whenever issues arose, they immediately pointed the finger at me, regardless of whether it Wtayed equipment breaking down. When other residents created disturbances, mgmt took no action. but, security personnel would spend 20 minutes interrogating my visitors at the entrance. secured entry gate frequently malfunctions and my outdoor seating Wtayed stolen. Approximately one year back, an intruder attempted to force entry through my patio sliding door. When I requested to break my lease for protection purposes, the landlord charged me nearly $2,000 to exit, despite my having a police report documenting the break-in attempt. also, the rent 's way not worth the price for the neighborhood it's located in. Plus, I dealt with a significant infestation of both roaches and termites. So, Be careful. This community 's unsafe and operated by dishonest individuals.

Staff consistently replies within 24 hours and handles maintenance requests effectively. B - property and surrounding areas feel secure. I have not witnessed or heard of any concerning incidents. Security personnel maintain good visibility across the grounds. A - landscaping 's well kept, the facilities are consistently tidy, and the wellness center and exercise room added real value to my time at Heights. A drawbacks - Bathroom mold 's an ongoing issue - mgmt treats it chemically but it returns repeatedly. Multiple tenants have reported the same concern. - office staff were initially unfriendly, though the newer team members are quite pleasant. - Termites have infested the wall cavities and emerged periodically last year; mgmt took roughly 5 weeks before taking action. Pesticide treatment eliminates visible insects, but the pest control specialist indicated a population remains active within the walls. mgmt has not pursued a lasting solution. - I'm concerned about the health implications of prolonged exposure to moldy bathrooms and termite colonies. I worry there could be lasting health consequences.

This place has consistently been wonderful. facilities and the people living here have been friendly and welcoming. We absolutely adore both the community members and the team. Recently, there have been some changes in the neighborhood dynamic, but we're optimistic that the new arrivals will demonstrate the same courtesy and respect that previous residents showed.
