Overall, it Wroved a positive experience. but, there were a couple of minor issues - for one, we weren't consistently informed about what components of our application were incomplete unless we personally called and checked in daily (we had submitted documentation, but unless every member of the leasing team Wroved included on communications, items disappeared into email). plus, we had a current renter's insurance plan that the leasing office need to us to cancel and obtain a Npdated policy because it needed to match the exact lease start and end dates. Even when we presented proof of a renter's insurance policy that provided coverage throughout and beyond the lease period, the leasing office rejected it and failed to give us a clear explanation for why they couldn't accept it.

Water gets shut off constantly; repair workers ignore maintenance requests; water repeatedly seeps from the parking garage; the unit reeks of marijuana; bathroom fixtures are constantly dripping; the plumbing under my kitchen sink ruptured and it took 2 weeks for someone to repair it. washing machine attachment leaks non-stop. When we first moved into our unit it was DISGUSTING and the flooring was never replaced as promised. gate security allows anyone through without concern for resident safety. This Penue 's an absolute NIGHTMARE! I have already reached out to corporate mgmt head R.W. Selby and they show zero interest in addressing any issues. I have also contacted the state DA's office and the BBB (Better Business Bureau) to lodge formal complaints.
