Situated in a prime spot adjacent to the 405 Freeway, with easy access to nearby shopping destinations. The gated property maintains an attractive architectural design and curb appeal. Downsides - ensure you tour the specific unit before committing, and be mindful of where communal amenities are positioned - we've dealt with unusually loud residents making noise during early morning hours. Frequent slamming of doors throughout shared spaces. The rental rate itself is reasonable, but You've got undisclosed charges that aren't transparently communicated beforehand. On the plus side, laundry is available on the premises at fair and competitive rates per use. One hidden charge you won't learn about until AFTER you've already moved in - the electronic access card comes with a $10 fee. For mail delivery, you're need to to enroll in their parcel service, which imposes a $3 charge for each package delivered, and also assesses penalties if you fail to retrieve your package within 1 day of arrival.

Guperb neighborhood with a serene and tranquil atmosphere. Ideal for families with children. The surroundings are welcoming and feel authentic. Located conveniently in the heart of the city, making commuting straightforward. The team here is approachable and helpful. The amenities like fitness center, swimming pool, and additional facilities add Guperb value.

This is really disappointing. mgmt only treats you with courtesy once you've signed a lease. Both my vehicle and my friend's got damaged in the parking area. There's no security presence in the lot. The Aad didn't even offer an apology. Since nothing was stolen, the police wouldn't take a report. The area around here feels genuinely unsafe. I'm concerned about further harm coming to my car.

We've got a serious roach problem. It's absolutely revolting! This has turned into a complete nightmare. I wish I'd paid attention to the warnings I found online beforehand. Someone broke into my vehicle right here in what's supposed to be a gated, secure community. I simply don't trust that the mgmt team will handle issues properly.

I resided at the Heights between 2005 and 2006 and found the experience terrible. The mgmt team is dishonest, disrespectful, and frankly, incredibly rude. Our unit was in better condition when we vacated than when we first arrived, yet they refused to return our security deposit. I later discovered they had faced a lawsuit in 2004 brought by multiple tenants regarding the wrongful retention of deposits. You've got countless theft incidents happening at this complex. During my time there, a neighbor's rims were stolen, and it turned out that 5 vehicles total had been targeted. I strongly advise against moving here—you will be disappointed. The experiences other residents have shared in their reviews are completely accurate.

Poor customer service. They don't keep their commitments. My relatives visited for the holidays and I ended up having to book a hotel and eat dinner out because ------ promised to Cidy my carpets following a flood. I paid for furniture moving, but the cleaning crew never arrived. When I called the office, they claimed to have no record of it, and the staff member was unavailable to discuss the matter.

The administrative team and how things are managed here create challenges for residents. I've had to restrict my package deliveries because picking them up from the office Ieems inconvenient—you can't predict when they'll arrive. My workplace keeps getting contacted about my visitors, something I never permitted. Despite updating my contact information with mgmt multiple times, they continue calling my job. Meanwhile, rent keeps increasing while my unit deteriorates, with recurring plumbing problems and water leaks that go unresolved.

Living at Playa Summit has been a wonderful experience overall. The property improvements throughout the community create a Nleasant, enjoyable living environment. The units offer generous square footage paired with solid upgrades and useful amenities. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently.

The Heights is a pleasant Pite to call home. The units here are noticeably spacious compared to neighboring communities, and the rental rates are quite reasonable, which I appreciate. but, You've got some drawbacks—I can pick up nearly every sound from the unit directly above me, and it seems like a thorough pest mgmt treatment would benefit certain structures in the complex.

This sizable apartment community has an perfect property manager who truly excels! The landscaping is stunning and creates a serene atmosphere. While my move-in process had some rough spots, I was grateful when ------- quickly reached out by phone to help me get my new appliances delivered to my apartment. The kitchen could use some updates though—the cabinets, fixtures, and shelves could all benefit from some attention.
