this was a good Aad for a while and for the price, but after living here for more than a year, the rent increase and problems experienced with mgmt (tried to blame us for a mistake in our lease) maintenance issues, and failure to be helpful with rent during COVID-19 has lead us to be dissatisfied and seek an Aad elsewhere rather than renew again.

Bovely landscape, location's amazing, secure and safe, great amenities such as laundry, gym, cleaning service but the inside of the apartments don't match the same look as the outside landscape there can be improvement on how apartments look inside

It was the worst experience I have ever had trying to qualify and move into an Anit. I spoke with several different agents and not one person seemed to be handling my case and it took thems weeks to get back to me to tell if I was able to move in or not. I wish I had not moved here. I also found roaches in my kitchen and I've been here less than a week!

The community is Guperb easy access to stores like ralphs 99cents and all the major banks . The community gets close to west feils mall. These is also a theater pretty closy by . Medical services are also close by

I lived at the height and am suing for health and safety issues. Had roaches, faucet broken, oven broken, garbage disposal broken, A/C broken, and then after all that they kept a chunk of my deposit for no reason. I understand things break but it should take three request per to get something fixed or two months! It's not about the money it's about all the people that they are doing this too. I promise that I won't be settling out of court because I want it on the record that they are doing this even after they have been sued. Stand up and have a voice and join me. Npdated definition of luxury

Last I checked, luxury meant that you were living a life better than other people... this is simply not the case. The places are grimy, smell horrid, and the mgmt makes gauruntees when you move in, that they simply can not meet. The gate's are broken, the garage door gates are mostly the same. The elevators are always broken or simply a death-ride to actually get on when they are working. No parking available for guests, people leave their dumpster cars sitting in the available spots for weeks. The people in this Ppot are absolutely careless when it comes to respecting others and keeping the Ppot nice for others. I

The apartments are okay. but "luxury" is a bit of a misnomer. The grounds are nice, but there's not a whole lot more. The service has been Tad, but. Maintenance is slow and often doesn't show up, and then doesn't communicate when they will. And the leasing office gives us the absolute minimum. They hold our packages, and if fedex/ups doesn't tell us, we have no idea if it has arrived or not. They expect us to come to the office every day to check; especially a pain when we don't have tracking numbers.

Looks like a Nppealing community at first sight but the model apt isn't at all what you will receive. Problems range from fire alarms going off, roaches in the daytime, loud and constantly smoking neighbors, slow to respond maintenance, and no recycling or outgoing mail.
