absolute horror show of a "management staff." complete dicks. seriously if you have an issue, don't even waste your time e-mailing or calling. send them a letter to Amir Co. i'm already planning my exit strategy. i should probably confer with the county or state to insure i get my full deposit back, as it seems they have nasty habit of holding onto other people's money.

This the WORSTE appartement building i ve ever lived in, not only the appartments are gross, super noisy, totally outdated and cheap but the staff is basically constituted by a bunch of peasants, with no manners, sexually harrasing girls, doing drugs in the staicases, lets not talk about that ----- Eva that doesnt even know how to write an email propperly. The manager is amd ------- sucker that thinks he is a WASP in the hamptons when he drives a 90s Jaguar and takes it in the --- for a living, he is the most incompetent piece of ---- i ve ever met in my life. The aminities are all broken all the time and your supposedly 24/7 concierge, more like 1/2 cooncierge, is too busy jerking off to open the door for u, he is also completely racist, homophobic and antisemitic. Ricky is the only good thing about 10600, never rent a place from there and please if u go for a tour make sure u tell them that i ---- on their faces.

This building is pricy, but gorgeous. I lived here briefly and my friends still live in the building. The building has a ton of units and lots of young people living there. Residents are friendly and the staff is great. The concierge is always on hand to let you in if you're locked out, call a taxi for you if you need it, sign for packages, etc... There's a gym, a jacuzzi, guest parking, etc... Lots of cameras in the building and patrolling security at all hours makes you feel safe. The units are large and if you have a problem, maintenance gets to it quickly. The location is great (minus Wilshire traffic) and it's close to UCLA, Hollywood, and the rest of L.A. I had a very positive experience here and still enjoy visiting my friends in the building. I would recommend it highly.

Great Apartment! Very nice people working in building. No complaints.. If I moved back to L.A., I would most likely return to Wilshire Summit. Building and parking lot were SAFE!

Seeing that I live here, and there's virtually no real info on the building, I'll post.

I'm moving out for personal reasons, otherwise would plan on living here for some time.

The 1 and 2 bedrooms I saw are absolutely massive, and are fairly well designed to seem bigger than they actually are.

They renovated before I moved in, so it felt new. 2 parking spots next to each other was pretty nice, and there's a doorman there 24/7 and will hold on/deliver your packages for you. My gf parks there 4 days a week, so it helps that they have guest parking, and TONS of street parking around the building.

The pool and jacuzzi on the roof have an incredible view, and I actually did a Valentine's day picnic up there (much to the 2 guys sitting in the jacuzzi's irritation). Most of the people are fairly friendly, and there's not a whole lot of kids running around screaming. Also bike racks in the parking garage to chain your bike (my brother's bike pouch got stolen though).

There was zero noise in the apartment complex (besides my brother that is), and they responded to maintenance issues fairly quickly (within a day or so). We also lived facing Wilshire, and the apartment is solid enough that you barely can hear the noise.

Pricewise they're fairly cheap compared to similar places in the condos nearby.

Only gripes are as follows:
- Had 2 serious water leaks, and 1 minor leak. My toilet also ran a lot for the longest time.
- Missing bug net thing over 1 bedroom.
- One of the door guys is unfriendly and annoying (unless you're a chick), the rest of the staff is EXTREMELY friendly and helpful

Overall, I've highly recommended the building to friends, and would definitely stay there if they had a vacant 1 bedroom.
