Apartment is great but security and cctv is missing it. Biggest issue is PARKING. I don't parking for my one car whereas others who don't have sticker are parking everywhere. My car got hit and there were no cameras

My experience has been great so far, living here has been very comfortable, I've enjoyed the neighborhood as well as the neighbors. The cleanliness and the prompt work orders are outstanding. I will highly recommend others to strongly consider Doral view as their home, beautiful environment. Thank you for your hard work.

The Leasing Professional was very annoyed to help every time I went to ask for help. The Appliances in my unit still don't work at their best. I created multiple maintenance requests and every time the technician writes a note that the appliance is fixed but it's not. The Dryer does not dry clothes at all. The Balcony mesh door is broken. The apartment is half white lights and half yellow lights. I requested to change the water filter on the refrigerator the maintenance guy, reset the filter notification light without changing the filter and lied to me right in front of me. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Moreover, you are forced to use the community services like "Fetch", The slow wifi "Smartaira" and you do not have an option to choose your own wifi. It says a gated community and the gates are open 24/7 does not make sense at all. The amenities like the gym are so poorly equipped, they do not have a single bench in the gym, the dumbbells are missing sets. The mats in the gym are in pieces and all dirty. I wish the management takes a look because this community was better when it was manager by GreyStar and not it is managed my Range water.

It is a really beautiful and quiet community, although there is a really big issue with the trash collection service, since they don't pick up every day that they are supposed to (are scheduled to) pick up.

La comunidad es excelente, tranquila y bien ubicada. Sus ?reas comunes est?n cuidadas. Los apartamentos son grandes y c?modos. Hay cosas a?n que mejorar por ejemplo la iluminaci?n en la 87 ave entrada y el servicio de recolecci?n de basura que no son tan responsables. Pero aunque estas deficiencias no son mucho es muy c?modo y excelente para vivir

I'm happy with the comunity the place is great clean the only problem for me is the parking always, is something is broke or don't work on my aparment i make the call and they send somebay to fix right away

Very poor, they pressure cleaned the front of my home & storage unit and water came into my apartment and storage damaging my items. No one has gotten back to me about how my item will be replaced or even they will.

I have enjoyed the time living here. It is a very well kept community. It’s very quiet and everyone is very friendly. Love how all the dogs interact with each other. The only thing is the rates are getting to be non affordable not sure how much they will keep going up.

Location of the community is great. It is close to schools, super markets, malls, airport and accesible to highways. Maintenance staff has responded soon and fixing any issues that I have. However, the Doral View Phase II community amenities have been abandoned in comparison to the Doral View Phase I ones

A nice place to live with a family. Peaceful and green. Airplane noise may disturb a bit. Comfortable facilities with pools and gyms, friendly staff. Easy to communicate and send inquiries. Parking is available mostly all the time. The access system with the gates and app is not so convenient though.
